If they're given dividends, won't they have to count all the shares, and we can find out how much is being naked shorted?

The dividend offer is great, it may also trigger a short squeeze. MMs will play it big when a stock divy is offered. Hope we can get a big volume today.

I wish we had got a few more details on the new companies arrangement. My best guess from past conversations with rshn is that private investors put in money for the rights to these products and we are getting a percentage of distribution rights, thus we get a influx of money for rushnet which allowed to retire shares and help get us closer to closing the garden beverage deal, because as of late yesterday the financing was suppose to be complete. Lets hope all the details can be worked out so they close on time without an extension, it appears that is a possibility now with financing in place, this should really help the pps.

Not a pumper at all, but if you cannot see this is MM manipulation at its best... then I do not know anything.

Mid morning shake. MM's scaring the traders. More jumping in. Volume is not bad. Sit back and watch the MM's work.

I think it's profit-taking. i was thinking of it myself when it hit 0025, but didn't want to be in a potential chasing position.

Down to .0021 I wouldnt mind if it dropped more before I got in. Is that too much to ask or is this as good as it is going to get?

It will take a few days to consolidate the level between 0.0021 and 0.0025, then it will advance to the next level. Many traders got in at 0.0016, and they will take their profit now. All we need is volume, and the pps will take care itself. It's better to have a slow and steady progress. Don't be disappointed if the PPS is taken down later this afternoon, because it will attract many new buyers, and that is a good way to start a new week. The MMs are very good in taking pps up and down to keep new buyers coming in while getting themselves some cheap shares. Just keep in mind that the pps will never go straight up many days in a row.

After lunch... people will have to try to position for next week. Do they buy in now or wait for Monday. I think a lot of people will be scrambling to fund accounts for next week.

If you think about it, it makes sense. We had a good run up yesterday and finished up over 20%. That means that the MM's sold a lot of shares and are probably low on shares today. In order to allow this to run, they need to stock back up, but boom... more news. Good for us, but bad for MM's... so what do they do? They shake some people loose to grab some lower cost shares so taht when they do decide to let it run, they're selling them much higher and actually have some inventory. Wait till the squeeze starts... then we'll have our fun.

Yup, short squeeze is now in play. Once ex divi date is set, the shorters must cover. Next week should bring another avalanche of news. (Web site, Garden, ect. ) These last two PR's were out of the blue and not already in the rumor mill. How much more is being kept hidden? I hope a bunch!!
Goodl luck rzande1. Welcome to the party!

I told you about Apple Rush Co. earlier this week... so you can't say it was unexpected. I also said there were going to be 4 new apple drinks... 7 in actuality. The dividend is new news.

Couple of reasons I can think of for sure. First, this forces an accounting of shares and issuing things to those shares. If the MM/brokers do not have the shares, they MUST cover and buy them. This is a "short squeeze". Always good to squeeze the naked shorters.
On the other hand, someone has to come up with the money to start this company and pay RSHN for the rights to the products. (Well Corr at least). That puts money back in the till to keep RSHN moving forward. This also keeps a debt off the books and the yet keep the revenue stream from the product comming. (Very sharp buisness move)
I am sure others will know other reasons.

Corr was approached by investors who wanted to create this company and were willing to pay him big bucks for their share of it. They supplied $1 million dollars to RushNet in return for part ownership in the new company & apple rush line of products. This is why. The divy is fast thinking on Corr's part on how to put a short squeeze on the nakeds.
