Its an up hill battle all the way, the biggest problem at a glance is the SEC. But who's their boss? and who's their boss? Wheres the ballot inititive? Time to start locking up some folks!
There are some good people left in government. I know this personally and professionally.
What a mess. oh and PS. All the money we need is being spent on the war instead of state side.

Morning guys! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT respond to Key. The more you respond, the more he will continue. Let's not do what anymore. This board is about RSHN and things are getting good finally. Ignore him and eventually he will just fade away. I know it is hard, I have responded myself and now work hard to not do it again. But once I put him on ignore on IHUB it has been easy. Whistle his post if he makes personal attacks or realy crude remarks. But DO NOT respond.
Politely asking guys. Let keep this the board that plays well and looks forward with RSHN. Good things were posted and they are getting lost in the ongoing sniping with Key.
O.K. I pledge to not respond to any more of Keys post unless he has something worthy of comment. Such as, note that the Trend Spotter he has been posting is showing a smaller and smaller sell indicator! Now that IS worth noting! Thanks Key.

1) formally registered Apple Rush Company, Inc. as a Nevada corporation;
2) secured world-wide-web domain rights to OrganicAppleRush.com, AppleRush.com, AppleRush.net, AppleRush.org, AppleRush.biz, AppleRush.us and AppleRush.info;
3) initiated transfer of all Apple Rush trademark applications to Apple Rush Company, Inc.
RushNet also disclosed an overview of a previously announced plan to spin-off free-trading shares of Apple Rush Company, Inc. as a dividend to stockholders.
According to Robert Corr, president of RushNet, Inc, the Company plans to declare a special dividend of one unit of Apple Rush Company, Inc. per a fixed number of RushNet, Inc. shares. The unit will consist of one free-trading share of Apple Rush Company, Inc., an OTC bulletin board company, and two attached warrants.
The first warrant will give the unit holder the right to buy one free-trading share of Apple Rush Company, Inc. at 66 2/3% of the closing price averaged over the first five days of public trading of said company. This warrant will expire in 45 days from commencement of trading in the underlying security.
The second warrant will also give the unit holder the right to buy one free-trading share of Apple Rush Company, Inc. The second warrant will be exercisable until 29 June 2007 at a price equal to twice the closing price averaged over the first five days of public trading of Apple Rush Company, Inc.
Corr said complete specifics of the dividend transaction would be forthcoming.
While RushNet, Inc. expects to complete, before 90 days elapses, the spin-off of its subsidiary Apple Rush Company, Inc. to the OTC bulletin board, the timetables of all transactions of this type are ultimately governed by rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

I believe this will help us get off the pinks for a few reasons. One will be income. We will start to generate accounted income from Apple Rush because they have to report. If they report the next logical step is they have to disclose how much is paid to RSHN. This helps us whether or not we get off the pinks... because it will be audited numbers.
Being as though he will have an accountant and be going through the process, I think it will make it easier to report for RSHN as the learning curve narrows.
Also with deals coming in and Japan about to happen and the Garden deal, RSHN will have income and he wont be embarrassed to announce it.
RSHN is growing up and I am here all the way to the top.
