No, unfortunately Tree of Life is really lame. Every store I talk to that uses them hates them. I saw their order book several months back and it only carries GR and GRXXX. That is lame. R.E. did ask Bob about them recently and RSHN is not happy with them either. I hope they find someone else.

This short list that was suppose to be out, How was rshn going to enforce it if they found they were shorted? What does it cost rshn to force them(mm's, brokers) to pick up the short shares?

Yeah but what about the other distributors?
Raley's uses Natures Best which also does not list Cola.

If the stores gets more and more requests for the other products they should press the distributors so they see the increased demand. JMO

I would hope that is true Tony. That is what I am going to try to do. There are now two stores locally that carry Rush product (s). I am going to check the second one this weekend. (Temple, Tx) I will post a sighting when I find out.

Got my shipment of Apple Rush today. Excellent product. Now, let's go back to Kroger's and land that deal.

Tony
I will try to drop a email to WF's this weekend.
I've been shopping WF's since the 70's. I believe their new Orleans Esplanade store was either the 1st or 2nd store. The other was possibly in San Fransisco. It started out in the hippy hey day as a all natural coop on Esplanade in the late 60's and grew from there.

I started going regularly since 1977. I go every other day now. Heck that should count for something, and will make a short story to let them know I'm one of the "family".
Its certainly a beverage for WF's. The only american ginseng drink on the planet.
The korean ginseng drinks they carry do not hold up against Rush.

Anyone know what the Rush Cola retails for.
It needs to be priced at 99 cents.
but not sure how that can be possible considering the herbal ingredients. And its sweetened with fructose which is even better for ya than cane sugar. Fructose from fruits in Rush is much faster assimulated and used as energy/stored as energy than natural cane sugar which is in most every WF's beverage.
As i said, regular Rush is not really necessary, its a weak/watered down version of Rush "XXX"
The XXX at 1.99 a bottle is a bargain. I'm looking at the indregients on the XXX , ahh now I see, Rush XXX says on the bottle "Triple dose" 55% fructose/45% glucose, EVEN BETTER, Glucose is even faster absored into the blood and better sugar than fructose!!
When i was heavy into herbs I use to order bulk from a catalogueFrontier Herbs, USA's biggest herb online dealer.
The prices for american ginseng were outrageous. Per pound/in the $700-$1200(wild grown 5+ yr roots), this was 10 yrs ago, now not sure. I guess Rush uses 2-3 year old farmed roots, still pretty expensive stuff.
Rush is "the real deal".
More later....the Cola is super....gotta run

A thought for the weekend. Since AppleRush will be its own entity, would it be in their best interest to have a web site up & running very soon. Hmmmmmm????

Looks like another slow weekend for rushnetter's. I did talk briefly to them yesterday nothing new or exciting, i did get a few of my questions answered. It appears the inspection of the manufacturing facility will be after the first of the year if it goes as planned. The short issue is always one that intrigues me and how companies are going to solve it. It appears that many feel that "If" there is a shortage that a dividend will make them(mm's, brokers) make up the shorts, i feel that if it is one or two of them only doing it this may be the case which i hope, but if it is widespread then all they will do is change a few numbers to cover for the divvy same way they do when they short. Again i said "if" they are short, we are in pink land and you never know for sure. I have been seeing and hearing the number of shareholders mentioned and somehow once we know that we will know we have been shorted and you could add some numbers to that and assume shorting has occurred, if we really knew the number of shares out that could help, but as i well know and others that it appears we do not know who the TA is to check the shares. The one thing that has happened that has held our pps up until we get a closure on a deal was the holding off of divvy in the new company, a great plan if it was intentional, most investors want free shares and are more hesitant to sell afraid they will not be able to get back in as cheap as it is now before the divvy date. It sounded like a lot of investors are calling to try and find out anything new. I saw mentioned on another board that the new website might be hung up because there is a lot of information on it is about garden, so until garden closes it sounds like the new website won't launch although i do not think that makes any difference in the pps. It would be nice to see a closure of garden next week, but i think after Thanksgiving is more likely.

When i spoke about the dividend this is what i have read about the dividend on the boards, there was no new information on rshn in general(as was stated in the start) that they(rshn) gave me, in case anyone misreads my statement and concludes that there is some information here that will give me some advantage into a spike in pps or inside trading... Good luck on that one.

dividend's I though come out of an abundance of proits. IOW more money than they know what to do with, so some profits gets kicked back to investors.
Right?
Does RSHN have abundance of profits?

Paul, it is a stock divy. RSHN will be spinning off a small part of their company to make a new company. Shareholders will get a stock divy of this new company.

I saw a post on another board that followed my post this morning, i assume he was talking about my post and am not sure how he got where he did from what i posted. If anyone saw this other post let me know if you read my post the same way he did, because there seems to be some misinterpretation, may be the way i wrote it or he filled in some blanks.

Sorry, he was talking about someone else just appears to be a coincidence, o well at least i took up some space on this quite weekend see i am keeping us on the top.

Talking to a friend of mine who has been in the food industry for many years, he was saying that the big soda manufactures are well aware of the push to get away from sodas and less healthy drinks and the push towards these healthier drinks like rshn makes, of course i guess that's old news.

Does anyone have any guesses on how high the pps will go when they close the Garden Beverage?

Thats anyone guess. If Garden has revenue of $5M on 2000+ accounts, that would be a nice addition to RSHN. Sorry, I know that is not a guess for the PPS.

It will be interesting when they close the Garden deal and post the divvy date to see how investors react.

I suspect that when they declare the divy date there will be some rise in the PPS up till that date. Not sure how much of a rise as that is up to the market. We shall soon see. Nice 3 day week for me then 4 days off.

I bet you sure look forward to your time off. RSHN is in the right market at the right time, it helps to be somewhat established, these type of drinks are the drinks of the future and if they have good management and some luck they have the possibility of making it big, but only time will tell that.

Question....when diviy's are PRed can the ex date come before the PR's or is it always a date in the future....if he wants to help the long here he should give ex date in the past .....i'm sure all the long here need the diviy's not the day traders...

I am not sure if there is a rule, usually it seems they give some time before the date and in this case if they are short and mm's did have to buy back it should really spike the price, but even if you are a long it is nice to see the pps go up as many new investors try and jump in.

today is nov. 17 say they post a PR say'n that the ex date is nov 25 great everyone can buy shares all the way up to that date and get the diviy's.....that is the way i've seen some diviy's played. but can they be played another way.ok how about this ..today is nov. 17 a PR comes out and says ex date was nov. 10 .....so the ex date has passed and all the true longs will get diviy's and not the day traders and shorts get caught .......can this happen ?

I assume it could, i think it will show if they follow the sec filings. I am sure there are investors much more qualified than i am to clarify this... Tex where are you?

The real truth to this matter is that if everyone in now is long then new investors would not have anything to buy when they posted the date.

This is when the game gets interesting, i think they should give time for investors to buy in, its nice to see some green in the account even if you are long and it also gives the longs some options. You should have several choices 1. You stay in with all your shares and take no profits at this time. 2. You take some out if you get a nice spike and give up your free shares and gamble that the price will drop on rshn and also on the new company. 3. Cash out and hope they both drop and can re buy at less of a price. Now if the stock does not rise much its easy to stay in for the free shares, but if you sell you have to worry that news about Garden or Japan could spike it and hold it at another level. Then you can throw in many other scenarios...The Russian Roulette of the pennies

cash out, than buy back in. she'll drop again.
its a vicious circle but that is how to play this hand.

Most of the time right sometimes wrong, this might be headed to a higher level we will see what news is beyond the divvy, i would expect a fair rise when the divvy date is given, it has been holding better than i thought with all the delays they have had.
