I decided to have a change of heart, I know alot of you are frustrated with the company, so I decided to cheer you up.
I talked to Corr on Thursday. He told me he was trying to negotiate the Japan E-water deal for 100 trucks, with shipments of 10 at a time I believe. This is why I asked how much money a truck was worth.
He said he was trying to land the first shipment in for 10 truckloads, as the 1st purchase order. I don't know how close they are to landing a deal, but Corr said the Japanese and Rushnet exchange a few emails a day.

When I talked to Corr I told him I was considering investing more money into Rushnet [which is true, I am trying to free up funds to possibly add more to my position] he told me I should definitely get in on more shares, especially to get the Apple Rush dividend.
Corr said it was a 15% AppleRush Dividend, when I got the dividend I could do whatever I wanted with he new shares. Corr said 15% dividend.
He mentioned something about 90 days, I thought he meant that the dividend would be given within 90 days. So I asked him if I had 90 days to decide to invest new money in, to get the dividend. Corr corrected me, and I believe he said the apple rush thing should be done in 90 days.
I am not sure if I heard Corr correctly, but I think he told me to get the shares within 30 days. I think he told me the dividend date was within 30 days or the PR would be within 30 days. This part was a little confusing, so I hope you guys don't burn me if I misheard Corr incorrectly. But I believe he meant, get your money in within 30 days to get the dividend. My interpretation was I had within 30 days, to buy my shares.

Also, the Miami dist thing is confirmed. Corr said he is trying to work on a deal with a Miami dist that has 17 trucks.
Corr is also trying to make Rushnet global. He said the previous dist in Canada wasn't working out, so he is going with someone new, and they are trying to ramp up things in Canada (making new labels in french and english for the Canadian market)
He is also expecting a Purchase order from a new country. He said either Jamaica or Puerto Rico or both.

I do not know if that cleared up anything for anyone else but it did not for me, i thought the new company was a done deal and they were waiting to announce the dividend date which i assume has to clear the sec first. As far as Japan and any shipments i think they are going to inspect the facilities first which i think is suppose to happen after the first of the year. But i hope we will get a pr this week to clear up some of these things but more important to me at this time is the garden deal.

Bought another 500K at the ask. Went through quickly. Just stocking up incase these shares are covered by the Divy. Wouldn't want to miss any of the "free" money.

Knowmoney, most of that data is pretty dated and appears to be inaccurate. Stunder is out from what most of us can tell. VNET was a troubled company and is long gone.
GR and GRXXX are made at Grays Brewery in Wisconsin. The new Apple Rush stuff is made in Minnesota. I can't remember which brewery, but it has been posted recently.

Stock Dividends in the Pink/OTCBB Market and What They Mean to You.
Thanks everyone for the warm reception to the Board already! Here is a little something to "wet your whistle!"
There are many ways for a private company to go public on the Pink Sheets/OTCBB markets. Among the methods are: Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Direct Public Offerings (DPO), Form 15c211 Filings, Reverse Mergers (Shells) and Spin-Offs. I will address each of the aforementioned methods in subsequent articles, but today I would like to discuss the relatively obscure method of Spin-Offs and, specifically, how such Spin-Offs affect traders.
Pursuant to the Securities Act of 1934, any private company with over 500 public shareholders is considered a "public" company. Exactly how does a private company get 500 shareholders? Well, one method is for an existing public company to sponsor a private company by distributing stock of the private company to the existing shareholders of the public company. Such ventures are known as "Spin-Offs."
As consideration, the public company will receive payment, either in the form of cash, or more likely, a percentage of shares of the private company's stock. In addition, the public company benefits by giving away "free" stock in the form of dividends to its shareholders.
(To digress a bit, the traditional method of Spin-Offs is for a parent company to, literally, "spin-off" a subsidiary and make the subsidiary a stand alone public company. The parent distributes the shares of the subsidiary to its shareholders (also known as a divestiture). Less often, unrelated companies will do a Spin-Off. When that happens, technically, the private company becomes a subsidiary of the public company upon the execution of a Spin-Off, creating certain legal obligations between the two companies (conglomerates are often comprised of Spin-Offs). It is partly due to this reason why Spin-Offs do not occur more frequently).
You may have noticed that many Pink/OTCBB companies issue stock dividends to shareholders of an, apparently, unrelated company. Of course, there are many possible reasons behind such stock dividends, i.e., perhaps the owners of the companies have some pre-existing personal or business relationship with other. However, one possible explanation may be that they are involved in a Spin-Off.
For example, last year as a shareholder in BKMP, I received a stock dividend in Amerossi Holdings (I believe their symbyl is AMSN, though I'm not positive as I have not followed BKMP for some time). I do not know what BKMP, Blackout Media, which operates the Fight Network, has to do with Amerossi. Nonetheless, I received over 2 million (restricted) shares of AMSN. Many other Pink/OTCBB companies also issue stock dividends. Rather than simply dismissing the stock dividends as "worthless," you should consider that you may be receiving Spin-Off shares. Such shares could be more valuable than you think and such stock dividend "plays" perhaps worthy of further investigation.
