While conversing w/Alex:
The main reason they attended the show was to get distribution setup. They found a distributor the first day with 17 trucks and many more accounts than garden over 1000 more. Talks are underway. RSHN never sleeps and are always on the ball. IMHO
Also I have another biggie.
There is a new bottling plant in Miami that was built for around $13 million dollars. It was suppose to be used for a latin energy drink for Miami. Never took off. They are selling the entire plant for $10 million dollars. From what I heard Bob Corr is coming to Miami this week to check it out, possibly with an investor. The plant is already capable of handling everything. Organic, sodas etc. They are going for their permits now. Please be advised this is only before talking stages. Anything could happen. But it proves to me that RSHN is always doing their DD at all times.
Bob,
Hi, are you an officer of the company? or just an investor. Do you work for this company, help some of us newer shareholders understand your position as it relates to company business and what is or is not permitted outside the inside. I realize opinions are being formed daily regarding issues before RSHN and many of us have invested good money here, only looking for solid facts and fundemental, touchable product with no questions regarding validity.
Where company products are distributed, held, offered, sold or shipped are matters that are the responsibility of management. Management has an obligation in announcing its accomplishments and its plans. This announcement should come from Investor Relations not from the audience.

Hi guys! Welcome to the board BobKelly. Thanks for the update on the show you went to in Miami. It continues to show the company is trying hard to grow. It seems so slow for those of us holding lots of this stock, but if we are patient.... we just might have that party in Hawaii yet.
I'm still feeling olympic Robbie. lol No reason, just think we are finally getting close to some things getting completed.

I am not affiliated with RSHN.PK. Only as a large investor. I went to the Miami show on a press pass. I work for a local newspaper in Fort Lauderdale. AroundTown Newspaper. I spoke to Alex on and off for 3 hours. Many questions he could not answer. I did squeeze out that Lynch is out of jail, but that is public record. I enjoyed the show. In the pictures I am the person in the purple shirt. I did learn that the company is very professional and they are working very hard to get this company up and going. The NOBO/OBO scenario is a very expensive process. They are doing it for the investors. Many things are done for the investors that we do not realize. Everything costs money and it sure does not grow on trees. Everything in my posts are factual to my knowledge from the Miami show. I did get an $18.00 parking ticket. Is there anyway to get reimbursed from that? LOL

I called the RusnNet number(1st time caller) to find out where in the Twin Cities I could find Apple Rush. He said it's not distributed there yet, but will be very soon. He said the brewery producing Apple Rush is August Schell's in New Ulm. (www.schellsbrewery.com) Schell's is one of the oldest most respected brewery's in Minnesota. Awesome beer selections (plus free tours!)
Also....Bob was at the Private Label Show in Chicago the past two days and is flying to New York tomorrow. He said the new web site "should" be up and running next week. He was very apologetic that I couldn't place an order on the current site today. I was going to place an order over the phone today, but he suggested that I use the website tomorrow....which I will be doing. All in all, a nice first conversation.
I don't consider any of this insider info, just good DD. GLTA

Forgot to add that Alex said the booth next to theirs at the Miami show was Gourmet Foods (www.gourmetfoodstore.com) and that the owner loved Apple Rush and was very excited about adding in to their distribution list and vice versa. They swapped business cards.
Nothing concrete, but interesting nonetheless.

I finally found some Rush Ginseng XXX here in Milwaukee, WI at the "Health Hut". I bought 4 bottles to empty the shelf a bit. Popped it open when I got home... hmmm... unusual taste... read bottle... sell by October 2006... hey today is November 14. Guess I was one of the "only" people to buy it. And it took 3 different clerks over 5 minutes to locate a price for it (bar code not working.) $1.09 a bottle. Hope the Organic Apple is more my taste. Yes, I'm a shareholder!

Hey Nel. Yeah they have had some problems with that. One store is right on the mark, the next is way off. You might want to try GR insted. Seems like some people can really taste the Ginseng and others can't. I do like them, but they are best cold.
We will see Iwishihad. I have a lot of shares holding for years and not months. However my flipping shares continue to mark time.

Volume still O.K. but MM's are having fun still at our expense. Sound like Bob is busy, we will hear with what soon enough.
If this drops to 15 or 16 again, I am going to snag a few more shares with the little I have left to play with.

It appears the boards are really going quiet on this stock, to many unanswered questions i sure hope we start hearing some upside things because what i see is that we have a lot of so called glitches in things. It appears that they do release facts at times to investors, the garden deal has a glitch it appears, it seems that Ir. is not much anymore it sounds like they are avoiding most investors as much as possible and are really leaving us in the dark on all the delays. Unfortunately i get the feeling that cash is a major factor and they are having trouble getting it, i sure hope that we get some updates on the glitches or we will start seeing the downsides, not saying anything, is not going to help preserve the PPS anymore. Lets get some good news and some clarification on what's going on.

It has been pretty quiet Iwish. However it is about time RSHN kept quiet. While releasing information in leaks sure makes us feel better, it also allows a lot of manuevering on the parts of others as well. Better to drop the bomb like they did with the NOBO PR than let it dribble out and when PR'd not amount to much.
Bigest problem has been CLYP. They have dumped enormous quantities of stock on the market. Always on the ask. Seems that is what the do best, dilute stock.(Googled them I did) I have no idea how the got hold of hundreds of millions to dump, but they did. Every rally has been met with an equal and greater sell off. As a long, really don't care, but it is kind of hard to watch. I do have trading shares that are begging to be turned.

The company not leaking news is not bad, but not informing us when it appears deadlines they said are not met then that is another story. I would not think much of it but they have a tendency to release things then if they do not pan out not say anything in a pr. In the past that has not been so bad because they would update investors when they would call and investors would post it so other investors would know a few of the facts. We know that garden should have closed by now, but no word about it in a pr only what little bit was posted about another glitch. The thing i worry about most is not every little thing but we have yet to meet a big one and i always worry about those two unmentionable things if we are holding longer when i see projects not finished and wondering is cash is a major problem.

Gotcha. Yeah, I have to agree with you. If you miss a deadline, say why. We are big boys and girls and can handle an explaination even if we are disappointed.
I would assume cash is a problem, but then... maybe not. Or at least lets say I think they have a stable of investors who are willing to pony up. Yes, you have to give to get, but the AR thingy points in that direction. It gets a huge infusion of cash to get it going, stock is issued, but still RSHN gets in on the act. Investors win, we win. I do understand you concerns, I really do.
Its O.K. to miss a deadline, just keep up appraised of how it is going on a regular basis. That way we won't worry needlessly. If there is a worry, it is somthing we understand and can react to.

Maybe these concerns will be issued in the new website under the investors section. Hopefully they will keep that section updated

The opening price will probably be set by the market. In general....new companies get a nice run up. We will see, it rarely last long. (Course I could have bought GOOG at $99 gotten 1K shares. I did not trust it so I passed on that. Oooopppsss. )
Time will tell. If they were to start at .001.... Ummm I will be buying a bunch. Can't lose on that deal. Worth a nice flip I would bet.

so chklingon you think gap up on the opening day huh.....well the first five days sets the mark. but 66% of .001 is .00066 load the boat.....what are your thought on apple rush company....are they look'n for a buyout ....Bob did said this in a pr......
Equity in the Apple Rush Company is our gift to loyal shareholders," explained Corr. "RushNet stockholders, not a few fortunate financiers, can own the company which owns the sparkling Organic Apple RUSH(TM) line of organic beverages that has our industry all agog. After three years in business, IZZE® peddled its line of non-organic sparkling fruit juice to PepsiCo for $75 million, reportedly. This is a hot sector, and Apple Rush Company is a competitor."

It was a hint, but you don't sell it until it has a track record. That will take some time, such as years.
No idea what opening price will be, that will be determined I guess by the company. The first 5 days will be wild. We will have some shares to throw into that mix by default. May just watch carefully and cash them out. Guess we will have to get more information on when the first day of trading is and what the "sugested retail price" of shares will be.
Gap the first day? Hummm.... boy I am not going to venture a guess on that one yet. I have seen these things go both ways. We all know that the product is very good. We also know what is "really" going on. Apple Rush will get a lot of press and by default... RSHN. That may be more interesting. Don't be surprised if BOTH companies don't come out the same day on OTCBB. JMHO
