It has been a long road zigster, and not a pretty one. However, we may be finally getting close to a more permant move up. Hang in there until the new year and Apple Rush premiers as its own company.

Very slow day overall. Market is off shoping. Not even 1M shares traded yet on RSHN

you might be right but what if this stock runs to penny again? It's better to take a shot at it than miss the boat.

Not quite. Rush offers 3 incredible beverages that are both delicious and very healthy.
What they don't have at the moment is proper marketing channels.
Here in Baton Rouge the drinks can be found at only one health food store. So how much market coverage is that?
In time they will do all right. Just have to go through the growing pains.

As yet I have not written WF's.

I'd like to see Rush lighten the color of the bottles to a very light amber, this way the drink can be seen.
Also that little Rushified energy runner at the bottom needs to have better diplay, the image needs to come through better. Thats what this drink does, make you perform better.

The bottle caps needs to have Rush trade mark. The caps also need to have the ginseng root displayed.
As well all Rush drinks that contain american ginseng need to have the root displayed on the front label.

Packaging is equally important as the great product inside.

Yeah paulbest, I agree on much of that. The bottle does actually stand out on the shelf, (where you can find it) but could use something on the cap. Wouldn't hurt to show american ginseng on it either.

I am thinking this week we get two PR's. One should be the NOBO/OBO update. Looks like the new website is hung up on closing the Garden deal. I for one am now thinking that may not happen until January for reasons we don't know yet.

The color of the drink is natural and has a lovely amber.
All 3, Rush reg, RushXXX, and the Cola are top notch and I plan to drink all 3 on a daily basis...if I can ever get back over to the lone health food store that carries them.

I'm looking at all 3 labels now.

I notice the Reg and the XXX have the same color as backgroud.
The label across the neck is slightly different.
XXX has a reddish color.
There needs to be a color distinction. Also the reg has on the neck's label, "The Potent One"...where as XX which is triple potent only has the X's.Neither label has the ginseng root which is on the label of the Cola, only on the neck label.

The Ginseng root needs to be on the cap, pn the neck label and the bottle label.

The word caffeine free at the corner should come off. Obviously its a health drink.
The Cola bottle has at the bottom, "Made with american ginseng from Wisconsin". This needs to be on all 3 bottles.

"Herbal Energy Soda" can stay.

I love the idea of the supercharged runner with I guess an image of a city in the background.
The runner on the XX is smaller than the Reg. I prefer the larger image. And the city skyline needs to be drawn in sharper relief.
The color purple I'm not too hip about. The runner is dark purple and so the image does not stand out against the background.
Rush Cola needs to have this Rush runner as well.
The 12 fl oz can be placed on the side of the label.
The XXX TRiple Dose is a good idea to keep.

Anyway, just a few of my ideas on labeling.

I am afraid if the garden deal is hung up much longer it will not be a deal, i cannot imagine the NOBO list is not complete by now. They have really cut off communications with investors at this point, i hope they catch us up to date next week, things have not gone the way they had planned them, at least the way they told many of us over the phone, lets see some Pr's next week some good one's.

Seems to be the norm iwishihad. They put out well meaning PR's with dates and then Murphy eats them alive. Look at the pps and that is one reason why.

I do expect some updates this week. Makes sense not to PR last week as it would have been lost in the holidays.

I've been looking at this for a while and am considering! But I would like to know if anyone close to Bob can find out. How much dose it cost him per bottle to produce and how much dose he sell for, and how many bottles shipped a year?

BooDog, you sure get around. I was going to buy a rusted out old bike with my proceeds from SLJB but instead, I am buying more RSHN. It won't be long, and I will have more shares than ChKLingon!
I'm looking for a picture of Bob Corr though, before I buy another million shares!

GR and GRXXX are made at Grays Brewery in Wisconsin. The new Apple Rush stuff is made in Minnesota. I can't remember which brewery, but it has been posted recently.

Did a little digging on V net. Be patient this is worth the read.

So what makes you think the run will be even close to the past one?
This co will have to earns it dues for the stock to go up.
Say figures of 100,000++ cases a month.
So far no one knows just how much of the product they are selling?
Figures??

Paul, because of the possible huge short taking place to start. Next, the spinoff of AppleRush with divys. Then possible acquisition of Garden Bev. Then if yes IF Japan deal goes thru.
Earn its dues? You have tried some of the products, E-water is good, AppleRush is really good...hmmmmm...Real products out there. Not in every store yet, but working on it.
True, we don't know of how much the products they are selling, but when AppleRush is spun off, that will be a reporting co. to the otcbb....Think you can fill in the rest

He drives a Ferrari 360 Modena when he goes to check on Garden, he drives a Rolls Royce Corniche when he picks up the people coming from Japan to inspect the ewater facility and drives a 1962 volkswagen with 2 whitewalls tires on the front and 2 black walls on the back when he comes to investor meetings, but if the company moves up to the another board then he can have a limo pick him up and take him to his Learjet and a limo will pick him up at the other end and take him to his investors meeting like many other ceo's, so there is an incentive to move up.

Lol, I've been holding my shares from .006 hoping for a miracle! I still think in 2007 I'll make my money back and then some. And maybe even get the long term tax benefit! [Wink]

Just another day, i am sure others have called to check on possible updates, seems like we are going to have to wait for a little while before we see anything. It would have been nice to see garden deal finished, but i am getting more skeptical that it will happen as time goes on, it might just fade into the sunset.
