I read this pr, and unfortunately, I am failing to see the 'bright side' in any of this news.
I don't think I'm alone here,...and the proof reflects in the way the pps is going today,...no where. The pps did not stay at a stand still today because of any market maker, it stood still because this wasn't worthy of moving it, plain & simple.
Let me explain how I'm viewing this,...and PLEASE, feel free to shed some light on this as I'm failing to see it right now.
I have been in this company for many months, watched the introduction of ewater, the arrival of all the new Ginseng products, and now our latest Apple Rush line. I was finally feeling like we had some great products, and this company really stood a chance in this competitive market for once.
More than the soda's, I was excited about the ewater, and then the organic drinks,...let's face it guys and be real,...the soda's are not all that, and we know it.
So,....now when I think our stock finally has a chance in this market, Bob comes along and decides to take the big money maker in all this from us, he's taking this specialty line, one that is probably the line with the greatest potential,...and making a separate, new company with it. There is probably someone just interested in this line only, that's all I can think of, hence the need to separate it from the rest as it's own entity.
Forget about the one share, the dividend for now, it's not enough for being loyal and sticking it out with them all these months for this to come down to what it is.
Bob is forming a new company with this Apple Rush line, and now expects us to buy shares of that company?
I'm not saying that I am selling at this time, I am saying that I am disappointed in Bob's actions and decisions and fail to see where we are all making out better now, than we would have been before if he only kept this all one company.
Comments/views are welcome.. As I said,.....show me the BRIGHT SIDE.

Wit, you're not looking at it correctly. The apple rush line wasn't going to be owned by RushNet. It would be owned by Rush Beverage Co. which is a private company. RushNet is just the marketing agent for those products and reportably earns 65% of the profit from the sales... the parent company gets the rest. Apple Rush would be the same... 65% profit from sales. However, with the new company, it will still be giving us the 65% profit, but it will be a public company. As far as RushNet is concerned, the money from sales is NOT changing. The old way, we would get 65%... the new way, we're getting 65%. Tell me how that's bad. Now, remember the dividend. That's the bonus. So this is actually better than the prior way that it was going to happen. I was afraid people would get too confused with all of this.

My suggestion is to at least hold your freebie Apple Rush Co. shares and forget about them. Corr is eluding to a buy out in his latest PR. What that means is that if you hold onto those shares, and one of the big dogs buys out the Apple Rush Co. for $300 million, each share will be worth 10 cents. Let's just hope we get a lot of shares for free.

Also, in a buyout, RushNet will need to be reimbursed by the buyer for taking their exclusive products away from them... or pay a royalty to RushNet for the entirety of the product's lifetime.

Your right,..he is eluding to a buy-out,....that is also my feeling, hence the need to separate us.
I'm thinking there is someone interested in the Appple Rush line only.

Wit, the Apple Rush line was not developed under RushNet to begin with. It was developed under Rush Beverage Co. The only product RushNet has 100% is ewater. I don't get what you're saying... since the Apple Rush was Rush Beverages and now it's Apple Rush Co.'s. Never was RushNet's. What am I not getting?

We were never going to get 100% from Rush Beverage either, only 65%. But this way, we get free shares, and free shares = money. We just don't know how many free shares yet.

Yeah I know monk,....we had 100% of ewater, but don't you remember it being mentioned a ways back, maybe Bob's interview, that we would own 100% of the Apple Rush, and now that has changed.

These two separate company's are sooooo confusing!!!
I know we own ewater 100%. Can't figure out why Bob developed this new line under the Rush Beverage Company,...any clue?

To be honest, this is nice. But my main concern is still the Garden deal. If and when this closes, it's a new ballgame. That will be the REAL start of growth for this company.

I think there are is a new line of investors with the new company. Otherwise he would have had to dilute rshn.

Yeah, I don't remember ever hearing about Apple Rush being owned by RushNet. Even in the PR's from the last few months that mention Apple Rush, they all state RushNet as the marketing agent for Rush Beverage Co. and then list Rush Bev's products including Apple Rush line. Any future ewater lines will be RushNets... and I hear we have some coming.

I agree. I hope that there is an accompanying advertising campaign to make a splash there. We probably don't have the money in our budget, so I'm hoping that the new distributor sees enough potential to help it along. Otherwise, we may be just another bottle of water on the shelf.

Hey Wit.... I am at work and will PM you this evening. Jsteller is very right, this IS a great deal. I will try to explain when I have no distractions. Hang in there.
CEverts..... That is a gamble that a LOT of us are taking. Holding this one LONG term. Betting on more companies, more products and change to new board with a LOT more notice.
Going home see yall soon.

Well, lets see. Common charts and sense will tell you that RSHN started its previous run X .0004 and has not fallen below .0014 since then. It now is in the .002X's and heading up with a great chart.
I'm in it to make money and the charts are saying its about to go. I haven't even read the last 3 PR's. I have faith in this young company and do not follow daily worrying. If you want to learn whats going on with the company keep reading and during the day call and ask and you shall have that knowledge.
