Some of the things start off real slow as noah says and ramp up slowly until you have a frenzy about 2 days before the cut off I don't know about this one this is the largest f/s I have ever been in in my life.
I am just making a play on this until the fifteenth of the month

if the p/r means what it says thats trillions of shares and makes no sense to me.... sorry i haven't read all 10 pages that i missed yet, but can someone just say if thats a typo in the p/r or what??

juice, from what I read it is gonna be 10,000 preferred shares for every 1 common share owned.

yeah i jsut dont get how the heck that works?? a divi usually (for me anyway) has been the other way around. like 1 for every 10,000. etc. so basically i would have 80 billion shares of another bkmp symbol according to this p/r. LOL wow ahha
im sorry if im just restating the thoughts that everyone has had this past weekend i was away and now im just confused. guess ill just wait and see what happens like most of you probably are hehe

something is definitely very strange with the entire scenario though. sponge... i read it like you've described above as well. however, juice, you're correct on the numbers of shares being in the trillions. my take alone would be 50 billion shares! something's up and it's gonna be interesting to see how this one plays out for sure.

130 trillion preferred shares...essentially worthless unless one has to find them to cover fake shares fron NSS...cover before issuance.. short squeeze...pps artificially held down by NSS rises....everyone smiles ???

Scenario....here's the scenario as I see it. Someone KNOWS there are a ton of nakes shorts out there (fake shares). If you do a 10,000 to 1 dividend, any nakes short left on Sept 15th will have to come up with the naked shorts AND the 10,00 preffered shares. for each naked share. If the par value is set high enough NO ONE will want to be short come the 15th.
Then you have a group of people who claim to have 7 bill + shares and will be buying more this week. I think this group has a deal with BKMP to hold these shares and eventually be bought out substantially reducing the float to say 3 bill. That means today through sept 15th the naked short and us are only playing with 3 bill shares instead of 13.
Then you will get news of a US or UK carrier, either cable or satellite, in the next couple days. This will bring in more buyers than the preferred PR is going to.
THen who knows..

$500/.0007 = 715,000 shares 715,000 shares X 10,000 = 7.1 billion shares 7.1 billion shares X .0001 = $715,000 is not F/S so pps won't be slashed by 10,000 sumthin smells fishy , little over 140,000% really fishy but, i can't help throw sum money at this ticket jist to see what happens

Up 30% with 230 M shares traded -- MMs' divy game at work; short squeeze may be triggered later this week. It's a great gamble.
