Big day for MMA Weekly/TFN tomorrow. Lots of MMA faithful have been looking foward to this....
MMAWEEKLY RADIO TO RELAUNCH TUESDAY!
MMAWeekly Radio, a pioneer in the mixed martial arts industry, is set to return to the airwaves at 6pm PST/9pm EST on Tuesday, September 5th.
Ryan Bennett and MMAWeekly.com established SoundOff as the premier radio broadcast for the sport of mixed martial arts. With the tragic passing of our friend and co-founder on May 31st of this year, the radio show was forced into hibernation.
We know that you want the radio show to continue… so do we! It has taken a little longer than planned, but MMAWeekly radio is finally ready to return.
Emerging on Tuesday, September 5th at 6pm PST/9pm EST, the radio show returns with all the latest news and information, interviews with the top fighters and MMA insiders in the world, the hot topics of the day and a whole new attitude.
New host Damon Martin plans to take the spirit that Ryan put into the show and put his own personal spin on it. A constant presence on MMAWeekly as a writer and host of several pre- and post-event radio shows, Martin is looking forward to bringing his edgy attitude to the airwaves.
Joining Martin as we kick off the next generation of SoundOff is MMAWeekly lifer, Jeff “The Negotiator” Cain. A specialist on all things Tito Ortiz and Chuck Liddell related, Cain looks to add a little balance to Martin’s intense style with a little Southern flair.

Again, we are premature. There is not enough float to cover that conversion rate. Future PRs will reveal all. Spend some time with the wife and come back when more is known. Speculation is time wasted that could be spent with loved ones. Life is too short.

Well,well..... It's a great evening..sun is down,grill is cooled,theres a nice breeze and the crickets are in concert. Life is good folks and tommorrow it may just get a little better.. I see RD is back spinning O/S hypotheticals for lack of any CONCRETE negatives over the last 3 months...and yes, still ignoring the VALUE in the 20% of TFN.....Life goes on....Remember,market cap is still < $10m for our 20% stake..hell, I'd value the future potential with TFN in this market at much more than that!!! Are we having fun yet??? My guess is that we will be very soon and that carriage news may be sooner than we think. Hope so, but it really doesn't matter....Things are good and moving forward week after week. Oh, enjoy the day and remember, patience is a virtue.

This does not mean they can be converted at this time. We may see a PR later that will clear everything up, but at this time the preferred shares will have a different ticker symbol than the standard BKMP ticker.

I agree, the first round will tell all. If Tito can avoid the first round KO then he could make a fight out of it. Who knows, I thought Sobral would be a good challenge for Chuck as well and look how that one ended....LOL

WOW, since when did this become a thread for UFC? I was always of the understanding it was about BKMP. I leave for the weekend to go to my cottage, adn i thought that i would come home to some new information on the thread. I just keep finding the same posts reposted time after time. What gives?

I really think there will be a major correction PR, because I cannot see how the shares will be "freely tradable and non-restricted." They will either have to correct the 10,000 to 1 ratio or the freely tradable part. That's why I cannot get too worked up over any of this. I know that the PR is a misprint and Sandy will have to make it right. And he won't do anything to dilute the stock cuz he knows shareholders will be on his case.

So maxy you are still enthused about a company that can completely mess up a PR like this? Or are you happy there will soon be literally trillions of shares of this company being freely traded?

Think of it as industry research, if we were invested in exxon would we not talk about oil. I agree this is not an mma thread but it does not hurt to know a little bit about the sport/industry you are putting your money into.....

PR will not change. SHORTS will have to cover. They will be tradable but not worth much at first. But do I know RELENT. is all knowing. IMO
