my ameritrade streamer is showing an additional Blackout Media line on my "positions" page, with the same amount of shares, but no ticker showing. Is the dividend coming?

my shares in my etrade account says blackout media corp contra cusip whatever that is. it should be 3 billion shares but right now it is only 3 million there is no va,ue right now

there have been reports of shareholders' Preferred Shares being shown as "spin-offs".. hmm could get interesting at their 1 yr. anniv. seems as if they rushed this prfd share process before the anniv show.. IMO. we will see.. GLTA

Well here is what is being told to ETRADE Customers... "I called ETRADE again, and they confirmed, based on the info they have, that it is a SPINOFF as part of a reorganization".
I'll say just one thing, hold onto your shares!! If they somehow let the "cat out of the bag", were in for one hell of a Birthday Party. Personally I cancelled my .0009 sell today (hoping for a profitable flip). I see the flipping days coming to a close, and I am not about to miss this one. JMO

I hope this hits .0003 or lower because I'm set to buy at least 30 mill * that level. In about 2 months I'll at least triple my money. It will go to .0009 in a few months like it always does. That's a 6000 or 9000 investment at .0002 or .0003 with a 300+% increase. $18,000-$27,000! You guys who say you don't want to flip some of your free shares can just leave it all to us flippers. Right on Gator!! You will never go broke taking a profit, especially dealing with pinksheets. However you could find yourself chasing this one if your flipping timing is off.

i cancelled my sell order when i read the article in the ny post about the new company that was merging into a shell, on the off chance we're the shell and that's what this spinoff is for...
and if we hit a lil lower i will add back to my stash.
