No Math lessons today...but 20% "thats 35,000,000,000,000........using your numbers 20% of 140,000,000,000,000 should be 28 trillion not 35 and if the "35000000000000 would be added to the common" as you said...that would be a conversion rate of 1 to 1 20 % of 140 = N and N is added to common...get it!

in my humble opinion i think that the real golden cross so to say is going to happen in the next couple of trading sessions. when the 50 crossed through the 200 nothing happend. the 100 is about to cross through the 200 and we are looking smoking hot right now. i would have liked to see a close above .001 but slow steady upticks are fine with me. tommorrow is another day above ground and im happy with that. i would like to see us either start to run pretty hard or continue to create higher bases each tick or two up. when the real news hits can anyone say 10 bagger!!! we will reach a penny no problem. alot of uncertainty with this last pr but obviously from todays action with the pps it was percieved as positive. i dont know about trillions of shares being issued or not i dont even really care. what i am interested in is the fact mmarts is more and more popular every day and that tfn grows up to be a healthy otcbb stock and one day nasd making our 20 % very very substantial. it is not out of the question for this company to one day be valued at a billion bucks so even with no p/e ration i think that puts us well over the penny mark correct?
anyways every green day is a good day. rest well bkmpers congrats to those that have the guts to flip thier shares i am too worried one day we gap up on a pr and i miss my chance to get back in so i hold long and strong looking for more when the cash gets freed up.

I figured as much...but..if 25% got converted that would be 35t converted of the 140...All 35 would have to go on a 1 preferred for 1 common to add 35t to common...what am I missing?
It's ridiculous anyway...the preferred are strategic and will not make anyone rich except if they prompt naked shorts to cover and squeeze a bit.. which is likely their intention IMO

Trillions of shares with a par value of .000000000000000? are harmless, they can't be traded. PAIM holders have already been thru it. The worst that can happen is that they become worthless. Get it thru your head, SEPARATE SYMBOL, SEPARATE STRUCTURE... MUST BE CONVERTED. Wait for the clarifying PR. Sandy don't wanna screw this up, trust me. He could have diluted this into a QBID long ago.

He already did.. then reverse split it back down to where he could do it again. You keep saying the shares won't be tradable.. but Sandy seems to disagree with you in his PR.. You know Maxi, part of being a pumperette is being in lock step with the company.. I know you want to be a good little pumperette so maybe you should take some time and come up with some better responses.. Make up some rough drafts and practice practice practice. We all know you can do it.

As for your conversion argument for dilution: The float is not big enough to handle conversions on this scale. The rest of the O/S is restricted. Restricted = can't be traded.

On the surface, shares represent the perceived value of the company and adding shares divides the company value more ways, reducing the value of each individual share. Whether the shares trade under the same symbol or different symbols would be immaterial if this were the whole story--they still, added togehter, would represent the perceived value of the company and this preferred issuance would be a fancy form of dilution.
But the shares will be different in more than just name. The common shares are standard voting shares--they're the ones people have to control to control the board. They're the ones that are worth what the company is worth and their number hasn't changed (so far as we know). The preferred shares are not voting shares, but are dividend paying shares. They derive their worth not from the value of the company, but from the value of the dividends and will trade based on expectations surrounding those dividends.
As a result, the preferred shares and the common shares will not necessarily affect the price of each other, but may move in tandem as the worth of the company affects the dividends payable.
More importantly, the market has decided that these preferred shares do not destroy the value of the common shares--and that's what matters most.

Not that I think there's going to be dilution, but if there is, it's a process that takes a fraction of a second. You're just watching the ticker and all of a sudden there's an ungodly share dump and the pps collapses. (I witnessed it a couple weeks ago over at phbt--it's a scary thing.) Of course they can also be more suble about it--huge buys and the stock still doesn't move or even down tics. Obvious or subtle, it can happen any time. Without warning.

Are you so foolish that you look for Blue Chip PRs from a subpenny stock. Dude, I am in this for the runs. I got MY money out of it a long time ago. I have made almost 6 figures off of FCDH/BKMP and could sell tomorrow for another 14 grand. You are looking for love in all the wrong places. Subpennies are bootie calls. This is no place to find a girl you can bring home to mamma. Wake up!!!

I am not a pumper. I believe there is a massive run that will come by the end of the year. I REALLY BELIEVE THIS. And I will hold my 20 mil free shares until it happens. I have answered your attacks with evidence to the contrary. People can take it or leave it.

i wish i could flip like you guys i know you are making a killing flipping this but i believe that one day the flippers will get left behind. i am in this for a huge payout or im going to ride this down like i did with qbid. i have no problem stating i am in love with bkmp i am a pure and humble bkmpidiot who will either make a killing or go broke. if this gaps up one day over .003+ anyone who made a few grand flipping will be kicking themselves when they realize i coulda shoulda woulda made like 30 or 300 grand. anyways best of luck to all im a true long i dont flip i dont intend on it. when we start our ride towards .01 cents i will take a bit off the table until then long strong and looking for more shares.
