I picked up another 2m. 3m total. This one actually looks like they may be coming together long term. Are they still buying back, or are they diluting? What’s the O/S?

Invester, I thought you were the one that only invested after extensive research, a la WWEN, RSHN, etc.
I was hoping you could tell us everything. O/S is around 13 billion, 5 billion (or so) is restricted. No PRs lately of continued buy-back, they were doing so in the 3s/4s area.

it will come together in due time IMO. and yes the buy back is still in effect according to the latest newsletter..

Well, IMO the buyback is still ongoing depending on the current market conditions. i wouldnt be surprised if sandy's buying at these fairly low levels. however, i also wouldnt be surprised if sandy is already done buying back. basically, no one KNOWS for sure how much our O/S is. the O/S as of last financials is 13.4 billion but some people think most of the 13.4 billion is in friendly hands..
IF we have multiple PR's timed just right to force the MM's to raise the prices up and sandy drops a pr about a MASSIVE buyback, that would automatically raise the value of our commons shares which would in turn raise value of our preferred shares since the buying back of common shares would lower our O/S of 13.4 billion. preferred shares for those who have them, there value would go up as well. instead of the 134 trillion O/S of the prfd shares it could lower dramatically with a massive buyback. then the next couple pr's that are rumors at this point are the U.S. carrier that will slingshot us (assuming they bought back massive amounts of shares).. into the pennies +..
then if this baby were to reallllyyy run, we would get more pr's about increase of ownership (own more than 20% of TFN).. TFN gear possibly being sold in Sam's Club/Costco.. deals with Pride or other big organizations.. update on wagering network..update on Fight Mobile (video coverage).. endless possibilities. ALL IMO of course.. GLTA

Hi, Just registered here a minute ago, because I cannot seem to find an answer for a question I have. This seemed like an appropriate board to ask, so here I am.
I am trading BKMP, and I have placed a limit order (all or none) at 9AM EST this morning for 0.0005. This equity has been stationary at this price a few times for a large period of time, and my order is STILL yet to be filled, even though there is not much activity, and orders larger than mine are being filled.
I understand that limit all or none's are last priority, but the lack of activity should mean that even if I am last priority, it has had plenty of time to process regardless. I contacted my broker, and they said it was on bkmp's side, as this was a dealer market.
Would anyone happen to have any insight on this they could share with me?

anyone havea current phone number er email address , to find out when he divi shares will show up, i found a phone number but the mailbox is full , and the email got returned , but they were from may 23 PR ,

No offense, but I hope you are paper trading if you do not know the answers to those questions. VERY risky to trade pinksheets without L2.

The L2 represent unfilled orders when listed on the Bid or Ask. I don't know about colors, most L2 uses differnt color for different levels. Are the colors the MMs or something else? The T&S shows filled orders. Red filled orders are below the last price, green is above last price, white is no change. Usually (but not always) the red ones are know as sales, and the greens are known as buys, just depends on the service.
But, I do hope you are paper trading right now. Definately don't trade with real money if you need to ask those questions.
