I know we covered it, but the same questions come almost daily so i was trying to find where it explained all of this. Of course i wasnt expecting a verbage debate.

yea dog no more PUI !!!! maybe catia is right and the merger isn't legally "complete" yet. btw, cvsu never became public cuz it's 10K was never filed a couple of years ago. but then it had other owners..............

No the Reverse merger will be completed upon the filing of the 10K and the SB4. The SB4 is the registration of cvsu shares with the prospectus. Once that is complete then the merger is completed and the reset can happen

I just think we can give doin DD on the DD on the DD, even if we do uncover any more "truths", would you trust your thinking enough to really beleive it with all the emotions and hoopla that is going on? Chit... it's big dog time ..... make your choice . .are you all in, or getting out. It's pony-up time ladies and gentleman.
Sleep on that and do whatever yer gonna do, cuz it's only going to get more confusing every day now.

I feel like everyone else. Been a heck of a road and it's not over. A lot has happened in this that I never even imagined to be possible. So as 10 has said it has been a complete learning process. As Glass has said very interesting and I will be glad when it's over. Between this and SLJB all I can say is WOW. The long dull Summer I had expected never came to be. THe one thing I can say for certain is that there is still SOOOOOOOOO Much to learn.

MM's prolly shuffled shares to each other bringing the price down as a trap, hopefully that's it.. but then again, panic selling will do that on its own.. we're just hanging by a string until some good PR's .. i hate this..

Man can you fill the RUSH!!!. This is what gambling is all about, the vast uncertainnties', with a possiblity of hugh rewards or massive loses. Is it live or is it memorex. I've been in sense the .08 days and haven't sold a share. The dice or still rolling, I will throw some more money on the table tomorrow and wait for the 10k. It will either be my 7 or 11, or my snake eyes'. But in the end, it is all by my choice.

I got thinking about this situation. I thought about protecting my profits but if I sold I might miss the play of a lifetime. Then I started thinking of the "why" to stay in this. These are my thoughts:
The "process" of finalization of the merger will continue ... Rufus said it is done, that they couldn't get out of it if they wanted to. We are just in that "process". This has progressed phase by phase. It hasn't stopped!
I am investing based on the last financials ... that alone should elevate the price to market levels far above where we are now. Let's say for arguments sake, the price is not adjusted ... let the market set the price. The 10k comes out and the pr's for AISS, etc., etc., and etc. ... contracts, earnings, new acquisitions, new partnerships, more earnings, ... oh, and remember that little venture we have that .... well, a offer has come in for them to merge with .... and so on, and so on.
Even more interesting, is the plight of the CVSU shareholder. I do not think they, as shareholders, would agree to turn over their shares on a 1:1 basis when it is figured their shares are valued at $34 pps. I am sure there are certain assurances made to appease such shareholders which we will only know about as the process continues.
I have never seen so much shorting and bashing of a stock as this. I know there is manipulation at play ... that much is obvious. On other threads, I saw an occasional bash or two ... but never this much play. For me, this means the price is totally twisted and ripped from the level it should be at given dd to date. If this were a "clean play" I would guess we'd be at $2-$4 pps at least right now.
Then why is this not a "clean play"? FHAL was a great set-up for shorts ... something they could easilly bash ... no big deal. FHAL - a small company with few assets, little money, small business and huge contract to rescue logs from the Amazon. Guess what? The merger deal took all by surprise and the interest level shot up along with the price. Think of how devastating that was to the shorts! The price is rocketing and I'm basically screwed.
Now enter the bashers ... delate that balloon! Drop the price ... but does that really change any of the dd. The way I choose to look at this is "What a great buying opportunity you shorts have preserved for me!".
Account energized ... ready to buy more at prices I thought we would never see again. GLTA!

that was in reference to when the FHAL thread in *allstocks* was started... alot of ppl first initially got in when the amazon venture came about. but shortly after that the merger details and rufus' claim of a price reset which shot the pps up... i thought it was clear what i was talking about but i guess maybe not...

I'm just hoping Rufus makes some kind of solid pr before the price change ... maybe about a day or so before ... I like to watch the price and my account balances rocket!

Hello to all!! I've been reading this board for quiet some time now (just over two months to be exact). I've seen both the ups and downs over this time period, as with anything when things are good everyone loves life. And when things are down everyone loves to vent which is also understandable. But through all of the adversity one thing is for sure "MISERY LOVES COMPANY"... Thats why when I woke up yesterday morning and seen I had lost just over $2500.00, I realized that I was not alone. And even though this sucked very badly, I thought to myself "At Least I'm not alone". And that my friends is because of you guys. This is just my way of saying thanks for all the great info. you guys share with all the new guys. I guarntee there are alot more people out there that follow this same board, and feel the same way I do. Hopefully this didn't sound to gay...lol Now lets all hold hands and sing "KUM BA YA"...lol
