CEO Steve Sulja stated: "Sulja Bros. initial business reach into the Middle Eastern market is attracting new investors. Wessal International's President, Ahmed Khalil Al-Muslmani, is buying 25% of the company. No more shares are being issued by Sulja Bros; therefore, Mr. Al-Muslmani has to buy in the open market. By law, this press release is the disclosure of Wessal International's offer and buying can commence in the open market immediately.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> IF NO MORE SHARES ARE BEING ISSUED BY THE COMPANY AND WESSAL INTERNATIONAL HAS TO BY ON THE OPEN MARKET HOW CAN THERE BE DILUTION GOING ON?

Can anyone who speaks english call to their investor relations and ask them, if insiders still own MORE than the legally available shares to trade as was posted in their PR ? And how they see it in correlation with " Wessal International is purchasing 25% of Sulja Brothers in the open market" ?
I am not able to speak or understand english well, writting is more easier...thanks for understanding.
It would be really great if insiders still held more then free float and Wessal International would buy additional 25% percent of free float.

Yeah its weird how that can work. So much great news and it falls. If anything its time to buy now before the next run again which seems to be taking a pattern

if anyone was dumping why would they do it on the dips.? that is not smart by anymeans, can someone post the sales/buys.? it looks like when it dips there are huge buys going thru...someone is getting the shares, they are not getting mine, im still sure of my own DD and I see a big run in the next few days, but the company needs to get away from these awesome PRs and start backing up the other info that is already out there....GTLA

Yeah, i dont get the fools who sold in the 7's and 6's but i guess its their money. Tuesday someone sold like 3 million shares at .063 right before it shot up to .11. It would be nice if the company would back up what they are saying but they have been honest so far in every way so im not worried.

the only other explination i can think of is, its triggering stop loss sells, and/or weak hands letting go..or longs from the sub days are afraid to lose $$$...still no insiders would be selling on DIPS...soon enought we will see what happens...GLTA

And when is this 25% of the company sale going to happen. You would think a buy of that magnitude would send the share price soaring

Here's an updated list of all trades over 500K. I believe these are shares being purchased by Wessal group. The totals are usually around 20% of the daily volume.
