A PR from a month ago very nice expansion

Emaar Properties forays into China market
- July 5, 2006, 9:19 am

Global real estate major Emaar Properties has marked a milestone in its international expansion programme by being the first Middle East property developer to open a full-fledged office in China.

Mr Mohamed Ali Alabbar, Chairman, Emaar Properties, who returned from China on Friday, said the office in the Jiushi office building in Shanghai will open end-July. The office will steer Emaar’s ambitious investment plans for the world’s second largest economy.

Emaar’s multi-pronged approach to tap into the Chinese economy, which gained a 9.9 per cent growth in 2005, will flag off with the development of modern, community-centric lifestyle developments in Beijing and Shanghai. These residential projects will feature the entire spectrum of amenities including fitness centers, retail malls, schools as well as hotels.

‘Emaar’s entry into China completes a strategic leg of our international expansion programme that focused on three booming markets - the Middle East, the India Subcontinent and now China,’ said Mr Alabbar. ‘Following its entry into the World Trade Organization in 2001 and market reforms gaining pace, the Chinese economy has been growing at an impressive rate. Its contribution to the global GDP growth is more than that of America as well as that of the three next-largest emerging economies - India, Brazil and Russia. Underpinning this growth momentum is the property sector.’

Beijing and Shanghai are two focal points for Emaar’s entry into this mega market. In particular, Beijing will be the venue for the 2008 Olympics and Shanghai will host the 2010 World Expo. Apart from Beijing and Shanghai, Emaar is also looking at other growing cities in the country for more real estate development projects. The company will also look at strategic investments in healthcare and education.

Anybody can remember how PTSC got to over $1 from 0.10 in less than 3 weeks. SLJB will do much better than PTSC. Let's see it.

Okay first off.....we need to get onto the OTCBB instead of pinks. PTSC also had one quarter of 60 million in revenues and like 25 net profit...that's why they trade at about .90 right now

We should be at about .50-.70

Teamlasvegas, if the news today made you proud of your investment in Sulja, then the next round should make your heart skip a few beats but that is only my opinion. There are just so many things going on that will take todays revenue numbers to at least double if not triple its current announced level with profit margins, after tax, at about 20%. This simply lumber and miscellaneous building supplies being sold to specific buidings being built in the UAE and now other areas in Europe. The overhead is very limited and the logistic line is already set up. The biggest next event is some very big additional contracts in the Middle East, jmho. Also the company has stated in the past that they feel the company has been short sold due to the fact that the entire issued is owned by the company and related parties. Now this simple statement should become parent when the financials appear on the company website. The should, as other financialsl do, show the Issued amount of shares and how much is owned by those related with the company. If it is the full issued then we have an extremely perplexing situation in the retail arena. This stock may have a huge position short but lets see if the financials support the previous company statements. If the statement is ture then all of the retail shares are short. All of them!!!. Then the reverse merger is about to be announced into CCM. It has already been announced by the company but until it happens know one wants to believe it will happen. Stay tuned to the site for this exiting news. After that rumor has it that EMAAR wants our listing capabilities on the NASDAQ in the U.S. as they expand their financial IPO in the Middle East. This gives them the cheapest and easiest way into the U.S. Market as they already have business here. Well if this happens then without a doubt you will see the $40 range. Who knows but I think as this unfolds this story will only get more exciting, page after page, until the climax hits and then those positioned just before the climax is read will need kleenex to wipe their eyes from the joy we will feel. jmho but you should all keep an eye on the financial website from the company to see if this opinion of mine is correct. It was truly a great day though! Funny how all our discussion last nite came true today! Lucky I guess!!

molson ice,(best beer in Canada), the financials should tell the whole story. The company was the one who said it publicly so if it was not true then they stand to loose alot of credibility in their positions not to mention a possible review by the regulatory people. Somehow I think the financials will clarify this point. The P/E is going to be minimum 30X initially, possibly pushing to 40 only if all the cards fall. The EMAAR IPO is already over subsribed in their introduction tomorrow. Funny how all of this is coming together all at the same time! Wonder why that is? Possibly some of the EMAAR IPO revenues would be use to buy our stock? Immediate listing in the US for how much? Pennies in comparision to the IPO total revenue. Wonder if that is what is going to happen? Dreams, hopes and prayers may all be needed!

Good morning all,

Time2Drum – Penny Investor had LFWK as one of their picks a few weeks ago. I bought in around .034 PPS. Of course it went down after that. I stayed with it when the deals started to surface. I have found better picks here at allstocks then in the news letter. Actually, you guys predict some of the stocks before they do.

BUY, BUY, BUY, BUY, and then BUY some more.

Nothing but green ahead even if we see a little red here and there.

GLTA - and GO GOO GOOO!!! SLJB

I really don't care what happens today or next week. I don't think anybody can truthfully say what will happen today through early next week because the MM's have such a strong grip on this. Just wait until we go to another exchange. This will go just give it time. This is not necessarily going to give you instant gratification but you will be very satisfied in the long haul.

Yesterday we went down to .087 (IIRC). We closed up 18%. I hope people to do not fall for the MM scare tactics. I think if people try to flip now, they will be left out.
