Why not to buy 25% of company on market that is supposed to be short, then issue contemplated dividend and watch what naked capture capital can do? It will be more rewarding then selling stocks back to the market for sure :-)

It would be great if someone can call to SLJB and ask them, how its possible that "Wessal International is purchasing 25% of Sulja Brothers in the open market "when insiders still own MORE stocks than the legally available" ?

We are certain that this will enhance confidence for everyone involved with Sulja as well as Wessal International." Bad news isn't the only thing that makes penny stocks go down. Many Day traders live by the rule "Buy on Rumor Sell on News" And SLJB had a few good PR's. The good news is with the day traders out of the way, the new buyers will be longs and Wessal International, and not have the intention to sell soon.

The only bad press was the fax blast thing which some people sold because they figured it would take a dip when people learned of it. Then more good prs came and it went back up again. People decided to flip and sent it back down so they could buy more shares. Right now it appears to be going down because of the 25% buy into the company. Someone else said earlier that they believed the company was making big blocks of sales into the open market sending the price down where then the new invester is buying the blocks at a lower price. Thats why we are seeing so many million share blocks of buys and sells. Once this is finished which could be now, dont know, it should begin to rise again

"Buy on Rumor Sell on News"
That is a very good point, which is part of my thinking....

The Fax Blast PR made me sell. I thought I might have made a mistake, especially after seeing the price go up the next day (about 8% more than I sold). No big deal since I made a decent profit.

I started thinking - and recalling everything that has happened since I bought LFWK last year. A lot of people sold, but I held since I had a good feeling on it. I bought in again today because there is just too much that has happened within the past few weeks to not be in this stock. You have to expect some of the downs with the ups. Its been said already, but we are about 3x what we were a month ago. I knew we would see 6's (and even high 5's if you look at some of my previous posts), but I think we are about to bounce back again. A PR would help, but a PR with audited financials is what we really need.

Don't buy into other people's BS either. Take a break from here and recall all that you have researched.

There is another saying too Ace...there is no money to be made by panicking.

YOU GUYS WILL LIKE THIS ONE...

IPRE president James Hergott, in an email stated that these MM's (UBSS no doubt) are trying to extort them into going through with the reverse split that they cancelled a couple weeks ago before the online buying restrictions were implemented..

check out this unbelievable email.

Response from James. Richard,

I suggested such a letter early on but I was overruled by Ken and
others who stated that it could cause a panic because a great deal of
shareholders who don't trade online have no idea about the
restrictions. The concern is that even though we could state that the
company did nothing wrong, the perception would be that maybe there is
something wrong with the company and the uncertainty will cause a sell
off. Our Angels (investors putting up millions of dollars for our
movies rather than selling shares on the open market) are seasoned and
experienced and advised Ken against this action. As you know, those
who have the gold, make the rules.

We have received some information from a source that I can not
disclose that in order to have the restrictions lifted, we would have
to go through with the RS. This makes no sense to me because MUME and
SEVERAL other stocks have restrictions and have nothing to do with an
RS. So far we are getting a lot of mixed signals from Brokers, none
of which make sense. It does appear as if the brokers took this
action at the request of the MM's. If I find out anything more I
will do my best to inform shareholders.

All the best,

James

Glad you've come back over to the good guys E30tech! I've held well past my comfort level based on my DD which tells me that nothing could keep this down except dilution and they have pr'd that dilution is not going to happen. I choose to believe them until they give me a reason not to. These down trends have been annoying, but I am holding waiting for the payoff.

Interesting..I got this off of Ihub. This actualy seems like a duplicate of whats happening to SLJB....

Global Online India, trading under the symbol: GOLX on the OTC: BB, who launched its Indian internet portal and started trading on the over-the-counter bulletin board market only weeks ago, today asked the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to immediately start an investigation into the possible market manipulation and potential fraud concerning the trading of the company’s stock by OTC: BB market makers.

Although the GOLX stock has been up over 1200% in the last six weeks, following a recent merger and a 200% stock dividend, the company claims that mysterious “block trades” have possibly been “crossed “ or “washed” by some of the stocks’ market makers with the intent of artificially moving the stock price lower to protect the market maker’s position in the stock. “We have worked very hard to build what we feel is truly the number one global internet portal in all of India and the market capitalization of our company is beginning to reflect this value in a very real and concrete manner. The market makers artificial downward manipulation of this new stock may very well be illegal,” said Dr. Christopher W. Hartnett, Chairman and founder of Global Online India.

“A thorough and complete investigation into the recent GOLX trading history will most likely yield patterns of manipulation and fraud. Such market activity usually goes unnoticed or unchallenged because of the fear of retribution. We expect the free and fair trading of our company’s stock and we respectfully ask the regulatory agencies to fully support this investigation into potentially illegal market manipulation. This inquiry is in no way intended to malign or discredit the many hardworking, fair, and honest professionals trading in the securities industry.” said Dr. Hartnett.

Global Online India is one of the premier providers of e-commerce services and e-business solutions to the 1.0 million Internet users in India and to the approximate 20.0 million Indian expatriates around the world through its meta-hub "www.GOLindia.com". This international meta-hub currently provides a range of business services such as: online forms for Indian taxation, customs, and import/export businesses; a loan finding service; Indian rail, air and movie tickets; online insurance and credit card applications; online medical and legal advice; and web stock trading and advanced technical analysis; among others. General services for end-users and small businesses include: news, chat, Bollywood, e-greetings, sports, stock information, auctions, classifieds, yellow and white pages, and jobs.

Global Online India is affiliated with Global Online, Inc. (GOL), which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of USA Global Link, a major pioneer since 1992 in the discount international telecommunication service providing arena. Global Online (GOL), an international meta-hub located at "www.GlobalOnline.com", is the world’s first global gateway to international life and world trade, providing B2B and B2C e-commerce services through its 5,680 web sites in 18 languages and 29 currencies in over 120 countries worldwide.

i believe this whole wessal 25% buy thing has something to do with that 25 mil private financing. all i can think of right now is company dumping/dumped 25% of the o/s on news try get the best money they could. now after wessal is done buying 25%, all together they still own 100% of the o/s, they might be using the money they got from selling for, lets say .... a divy. i don't know what money would wessal be willing to pay for the 25%, cause if they want to get it is as cheap as possible, we might see some more deeps. wessal might not be very happy with pps going up at this point in time. it might be that wessals concluding of the 25%buy will coincide with sec registration, audited financials, 10k submission, move to otcbb, confirmation of all contracts, share holder structure being made public, and the divy. now that could make this stock explode the way we all expect.

It does seem the mms have been under fire recently. Two big cases today of illegal mm manipulation. Seems like a lot of time they get away with it and or it goes unnoticed. A couple of days ago we had a bunch of people file complaints about night and ubss so hopefully with all of these recent acusations some progress is made.

I was just kidding.

Official SEC filing right around the corner if it takes 90 days from filing and they filed NLT say...25 May:

"WINDSOR, ON, May 05, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- LoftWerks, Inc. (OTC: LFWK) announces that it will file its Form 10 registration for the NASD OTC bulletin board with the Securities and Exchange Commission within the next 14 business days. With the announcement of the completed merger and audited financials, Loftwerks has positioned itself for the Form 10 filing."

I'm new to this so I looked at another company's SEC filing (XKEM) and they include share structure info. So, any day now we should be seeing official SEC reviewed company filings for SLJB that tell everyone if they've been telling the truth about share structure.

I'm optimistic about this company because of what I've read about Wessal and future building contracts.

With all the attention this stock is getting I just can't beleive what is happening with the pps.

I want more shares!

Nothing to see here, move along... all just smoke and mirrors!

All IMO. Do your own DD.

All I could think to say is, "I'm a concerned investor calling about SLJB. There seems to be nothing but good news about the company and yet I see trades going through that appear to be driving the price down. I know... I know... I have no hard evidence of what the share structure is and SEC filings are just days away..."

And they'd give some cheezy reply like, "We understand your concern and assure you that we are not manipulating the pps intentionally. We represent a large number of investors and execute trades based on their orders... blah blah blah"

The bottom line is it doesn't matter if MM's are manipulating as long as there is nothing to really stop them from manipulating. It's up to someone else to be a whistle blower, send nasty letters, request investigations, make business moves to expose shorters, etc. Investigations cost money which we all pay for eventually... but hey that's why we pay taxes, I guess.

taken from u knw who at ihub

the scale of this building complex MUST have Canadian Lumber to facilitate the huge demand for lumber in the projects. There is only one place you can get this type of consistant lumber supply to not shut down the construction and that is from the largest supplier, Canada. The problem is you can't get it without going through an authorized export broker. Sulja was found and now because of the longevity of these projects and the need for years of lumber to these projects they are taking control of Sulja to ensure them being there for Emaar and are providing financing to maintain their local entities and to establish large credit lines with the lumber mills so orders can flow without interruption. They basically are buying Sulja Bros's export license to insure the future of the developments by Emaar. I am really surprised no one at all from Canada knew this already because this is the only link to Emaar, one very important export license!!! You are talking about million of board feet being bought and sent to UAE and to Germany! Wessal will buys shares when they decide and the shorters are making a last ditch effort to cover. I am taking this opportunity to add almost 1 million shares. I positioned the money today. I will see if my chance for cheap levels comes today! The audit financials are done!! I can almost guarantee that!!! The company will post them when the time is right and it will be coincided with some other very, very good news of future order values being finalized. Sulja has been authorized by the Canadian Government as a lumber exporter for over 3 years so you know this company is not a scam. A lumber exporter must do up export custom documents with all the appropriate export permits for each load of lumber leaving Canada. You can't be a scam to foreign customs departments. Well you get the picture!! When all this BS is done you will see what I have said is the actual story and we who can take advantage of these opportunities given us by unlawful trading will reap the most financial rewards. jmho
