Stock dilution From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Jump to: navigation, search Stock Dilution is a by-definition decrease in the percent of ownership represented by a shares (common stock) in a company when more shares are issued. Usually, it also decreases the per share value of common stock (since there is a larger number of total number of shares - see supply and demand.) The increase can be provoked by the issuance of new shares to the public, by employees exercising their stock options, or by the conversion of convertible bonds into stocks.

I am patiently waiting for the documented results of the Germany meeting on August 2 between SLJB, Consultech, and EMAAR. It was also hinted at those meetings to there being "3 new developments", but unless those "new" developments are VERY large, IMHO Emaar wouldn't even bother with going to Germany themselves would they? They would let the "underlings" handle it, would they not? Another couple of words mentioned with regards to the Germany meetings were "contracts and closings", both of which definitely happened. Yes, greater things definitely to come IMO. I feel that if Emaar is guiding Consultech and SLJB, then there are some VERY large hands that also know the "full deal" and who are waiting for the right time to jump in---Emaar is tied into both the Dubai Government and banking system and thus their largest investors as well, and they all really want to put these smaller companies in key positions under Emaar to help them grow to one of if not THE largest company in the world by 2010---this has been stated publically more than once by Emaar in recent months. Each one of the smaller companies who are currently involved under the Emaar umbrella (including SLJB!) are in a very enviable position IMHO, as they will be able to ride the coat-tails of this giant as it moves and be force-fed some serious revenue in the coming months--growing substantially along with Emaar themselves as they do. We fell into a superbly classic case of bigger fish eating smaller fish, only on the largest scale I have ever witnessed... Everything else here is just starting-point tidbits and the placing of springboards to the next level IMHO--- and the dinking around flipping for peanuts and arguing about the smaller companies, digging up dirt, holding things down, etc., seems like a total waste of time to me--- why? Well because in a short period of time I firmly feel that this juggernaut will step forward with the final pieces of the puzzle and reveal itself to all--- and as Steve has so knowingly, strongly, and confidently summarized, "Our long term investors know we are worth more and within a year, we will give them one of the greatest short term returns in the stock market."
I for one unequivocally believe him, based on what I am seeing and knowing who is involved throughout the chain. One cannot throw mega-name connections out like Steve has been doing without serious repurcussion if what he has claimed was indeed false. Yes. Definitely MUCH Bigger things to come, but by all means, do your own DD---this is just my own speculation! JMHO. GLTA

And what dilution has SLJB done?? they stated in their PR that no new shares would be issued. Their PR on the share structure also matches the share structure found in the report Rocky bought.
Once again, what is your point?

They can do it but currently they aren't.

If they were the price would not still be at .07/.08 range.
Once again their current share structure is accurate at 800m A/S and 500m O/S. Whether or not the employees wish to sell shares is their proragtive. Nobody can or should stop them.
If they are telling the truth, once the audit comes out and they publish a Form 10, they should be cleared by NASD to be on the OTCBB immediately. Why would they dilute when they can reach $1/share? That 10x what the current price is!
Until I see increasing volume with decrease in PPS I will not buy into your basher dilution theory.

anybody talk to the Transfer agent today? no i have not, but who is selling if not the company? most here are down and holding with hope, that never works for me.

correct me if I'm wrong... but the MM's make money on the differance between the spread. They are making good money here bid/ask .074/.078 Their prolly just laghing at the trades going thru. This stock is in a stand still until something is known. Would love a nice PR about now! JMHO

it's a pink anybpody that plays a pink should know the risks.....
but if they were dumping this many shares? the price IMO? should have dropped more...

Want to see what a chart with dilution looks like??
Check out the 6 month charts for FSMH and RMDG.
SLJB is gonna keep with the trend of the past few days unless a PR comes out or until the audit is released and thats the facts.
Based on the way they have been dealing with PRs I'm almost certain that they wont just drop the audit on us. They will have a few PRs leading up to the release, just like they did the pro forma.

SLJB has been holding strong on the 30 day MA. Thus why we didnt break it today and if the trend continues won't go past .075 for the rest of the week.

You can be vague and ambigious. But you can't say the sky is orange if the sky is blue.
If the audit is not out by Sept 15th then we know the company has lied. Until then we don't know.
All we know is what the PRs tell us, and that is
1. Audit should be done by Sept 15. 2. Form 10 will be filed and they should immediately be listed on the OTCBB.
Actually you can lie in a press release. Enron did it.. QBID did.. CMKI/CMKM/CMKX... AFRC/AFRR/AFRT... How many others? PLNI... STKR... GTE... Certainly the list can go on and on.
