Received the Sulja file from Nevada. As we know the changes have all been amendments.
This is what I recieved on 01/20/06 the AS went from 200,000,000 amended to 500,000,000 then we have on 07/10/06 an amendment that takes the AS from 500,000,000 amended to 1,000,000,000, then 2 days later on 07/12/06 we have the AS of 1,000,000,000 amended to 800,000,000.
On 07/20/06 we have and amendment that changes the companies name from Loftworks to Sulja Brothers Building Products,LTD then on 07/21/06 we have another amendment which is once again a name change to Sulja Bros. Building Supplies. LTD
No asset have been transfered. Sulja put out a press release stating the assets have been transfered. That is not the case. Anytime Sulja files just one little piece of paper with Nevada it becomes a public record.
You can call the Secretary of State, Dean Heller at 1-775-684-5708. Give them Sulja's name and ask them to send you Sulja's entire file. It will cost 2 dollars per page and if you want it delivered right away then for a fee of $75.00 they will FedX the file to you.
The stock is being diluted not by naked shorts; it's a group of people that are after unsophisticated/novice investor's money,IMO.
If you end up losing your money I hope you will go after these people with as much energy as you've put into trusting and defending.

Your post that you relayed is not that far off from what many are saying.
The below statements are not mine but relayed to me,....don't kill the messenger, show facts to dispute it in an informative discussion based upon factual information, good thinking and most of all, truth.
Here it is what some say they have discovered this far:
Loftwerks went private after selling the trading vehicle to Sulja Acquistion Corp in NV. Sulja only bought the public vehicle, not the Loftwerks business. It wasn't a merger, it was an ACQUISTION. (Which explains the filing we all saw on the Nevada State site).
There is More criminal Fraud involved here than just Devry, Ammerman ,and Sulja. An individual said they had a chat with Kieran and his boss in Albany about Sulja. His boss was extremely helpful and called some contacts in Dubai.
This is what was discovered in Dubai: No Emaar is involved with sulja NO Sulja is involved in the UAE Wessals leader is a ghost.
Now in the USA,..This is what was found: The Press release about the stock exchange is NOT documented in any Nevada filing. No asset filings are received with the Secretary of State either.
Consultech is also a Loftwerks creation to help ammerman create more shares on another fraudulent merger as loftwerks and sulja keep trading shares to the 800,000,000 maximum of worthless shares..... all owned and controlled by a 200 share acquisition corporation.

I say we hit them up all at once with these claims and not ask, but make them provide proof to us. Enough of just throwing statements out there,...., we need the facts. When the interview comes around, we should be prepared with the most important questions to ask first.

Sorry but that's MGB and FUD. Asset transfers are not recorded at the Secretary of State's office. They are transactions that are reflected on the balance sheet and that is not filed.
The SOS merely has changes in the authorized capital structure, the officers, the directors and the like.
If this is true, Chad was found to be the poster known as Chiphldr, this is not good.....he was a HUGE pumper there,..I personally don't trust that guy myself after discovering he made his Marquee site two days before Sulja pr'ed it.

Doesn't say if his name is Chad, or not. It does however say that the poster is from the South, as is Chad. I am not a poster there, however, I do visit and am familiar with some of the posters. His posts do come to mind. Don't know how that poster Rocky would know that or not. It is interesting if true.

I look at it this way. Company has until mid Sept. to follow thru with what they said, any thing else is SPECULATION! After that, it's up in the air. Do your own DD, if your not satisfied, sale and move on. Why hold a stock you don't believe in? Why would anyone waste their time on a message board arguing about a stock they THINK is a scam? Either they need to get a life or they have a MOTIVE! Sorry, I don't buy the line, WE just care for the investors, B/S. Wit this is not directed towards you. GLTA btw: JMHO

Well, for these pennys you should only put in what you could afford to lose. That is what i did here. I do believe this is a real company here tho. So in the end we'll see if they are telling the truth on 9/15/06. So, I am not believing a lot of negative crap unless i see some evidence in documents. I have done enough research to feel secure about holding SLJB stock.

I'm hanging in here till then at least. If anything we will have a nice run up to make this a nice flipper. Anything after that in regards to longer terms, the company will have to convince me with some facts/proof to hang in here longer.
