I had meetings all day Cass, but I still have just as many shares as yesterday. All the shorts are coming out in force to bash over on Ihub. Especially now since we only made 4.72%...lol. If I had a stock to make that much every day I would retire.

great....thanks
opens a whole new line of inquiry...
don't know much about these things, but it does seem to limited to specific entities:
quote:Section 1.351-1(c)(1) states that a transfer to an investment company will occur when (i) the transfer results in diversification of the transferors' interests and (ii) the transferee is a Regulated Investment Company (RIC), Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), or a corporation more than 80 percent of the value of whose assets (excluding cash and non-convertible debt obligations) are readily marketable stocks or securities. Section 1.351- 1(c)(5) provides that a transfer ordinarily results in the diversification of the transferors' interests if two or more persons transfer nonidentical assets to a corporation in the exchange.
have no idea whether their bonds would qualify as "readily marketable," but would like surely like to understand the mechanism of adjusting "market (trading price)."

P Rowds, camping sucked. I was on my laptop, on a crappy WIFI connection that shut off every ten minutes next to several screaming children when I saw the stock jet into the .60's for the first time. I immediately hopped in the car and told the wife to meet me at home (she had her car too). She wasn't mad because I made her some dough

This is my idea why those late high trades went through the past two days.
If you read the form 8k and under the definitions part look at the average closing price,"...20 trading day period ending 3 business days prior to the closing date as reported in the Wall Street Journal."
This will be the price everyone is asking about,if it's under $15 they have 3 options.Hopefully they won't choose option A, to keep it at that price.
I couldn't find the symbol and closing price in either the printed or online versions of the WSJ.
Just a thought, correct me if I'm wrong. GLTA

If Rufus says they've bought up what they think the float is and they don't know where these shares are coming from, then what will happen when they change the symbol over. I mean, if there are tons of shorts out there, will the shorts just carry this over or is there going to be a huge squeeze there?
I'm hoping that when they change the symbol over and raise the price to $15, they will PR that there's some tiny amount of O/S and float. This and some great audited financials. Then, maybe it will stay at or above the $15. If not, I'm afraid of the amount of sales at $15 that will be entered.
Or simply, someone is not telling the truth? If the float was "bought up by Rufus" do you think the pps should be higher that just over a buck?
And now, they won't release float numbers?
From iHub regarding the float:
RonnieD -- "keep in mind.. there could be only 5 million left in the float, but as long as buys and sells remain roughly equal it will not explode.. but when the buying over selling ratio goes heavily positive, the scramble for the remaining shares will easily drive this 3+.. that's why this stock is on the precipice of nose-bleed level appreciation."
In my opinion, most of the selling we saw today was MM shorting. A few MMs were definitely doing a lot of selling today, in particular VIEW, and it looked like someone through ARCA perhaps. They did their best to stall every run, and succeeded. NITE getting stuck at $1.50, and then disappearing, on the open didn't help either. I believe they have begun to cover, however, and we should see it run up tomorrow if everything from the interview sounds good. Happy Trading!
good theory voodoo... very possible but i confirmed with rufus numberous times that the ticker symbol won't change till the 28-1... he said the hold period would probably only last a day...
ummmmmm..... oh, does anyone have a username for traders corner? my damn log in didn't send me an activation key to my e-mail so i don't think i'm gonna be able to listen to this interview. if the option is available someone should clarify so all can here that there won't be a split and they should release a PR explaining how they can open at that price. I really don't want to call again tonight:D

So Tex..."he" can "regulate" the price...because "CVSU" has purchased FHAL and FHAL is going through a "name" change to CSVU and it is "being reorginized" so this quote from above applies: "...or a corporation more than 80 percent of the value of whose assets (excluding cash and non-convertible debt obligations) are readily marketable stocks or securities."
Does anyone else get the same?

My point is that we must be in the "20 day period" although the closing date has not been disclosed yet,or I'm missing it.
I was looking for the FHAL symbol in the WSJ.
