It's painfully frustrating... anyone that tries to tell me that money does not have an innate emotional component should follow the boards and this stock... it's been a trip. Sure I could play the bounce as the price drives low, but I don't want to risk getting shut out at the halt... which could happen any second.

Wow..you are all getting a little bit irritable... Has ANYONE known any "STOCK" that "comes through" with their "promises" at the time that they "promised"? I have a "cut off date"...if I don't see the audit and things moving the way they are suppose to...or "hoped" to...I'm out...but if you can't play the wait game...then sell..and rid yourself of the frustration...life is too short...IMO

M&A is hard. Have tolerance for issues that arise. Rufas has been pretty good at keeping us updated at appropriate times of the issues and when he expects them to be resolved.
I am actually quite pleased with the communications here. I certainly want it all resolved today. But if it is not...I am here and so is my stock. If a buying opportunity presents itself I will be there provided accurate DD continues to uphold my current opinion.

Will it tank without news? Maybe. But, one thing is for sure. If nothing "happens" at Noon we are gonna be overrun by bashers. Prepare yourselves mentally....which is a task for some of us today.

WTF??? I am now standing clear as http://www.our-street.com/featured.htm has had several SEC investigations started. If he kicks this one into high gear with the SEC and they do investigate, you can without a doubt bank that FHAL will tank as a PR will be released that the SEC is investigating. This is not about getting the stock lower, this is about self preservation of your money at this point.
