IT IS THIS RIGHT?

no...after hours, ask and bids have nothing to do with what the price would be at the open until 5 minutes before the open

Do we know this is Rufus? True it is weird, but this deal gone bad is small time compared what we're onto here...no? This stuff goes on all over the place all the time.

Yea, remember the whole BBANE thing?

“On May 12, 2004, we filed suit in Nevada District Court against Enhancement Holdings, LLC, Paul Harris, Benjamin Stanley and John Walsh for fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract and rescission. The suit was removed to the United States District Court for the District of Nevada on May 19, 2004. The lawsuit arises out of an agreement between the Company and Enhancement Holdings, LLC pursuant to which Enhancement Holdings, LLC had agreed to provide a guaranty to facilitate the acquisition of a line of credit for the Company. On June 8, 2004, the court entered a temporary restraining order enjoining Paul Harris, Benjamin Stanley and John Walsh from holding themselves out as officers and/or directors of the Company and prohibiting them from selling or transferring any shares in the Company. According to the special meeting held on December 9, 2004, we announced the removal of Paul Harris, Ben Stanley and John Walsh as Directors of the Company effective December 16, 2004. …After the removal of Paul Harris, Benjamin Stanley and John Walsh from our board of directors and due to the fact that they have no assets to attach, we decided it would be in the best interest of the Company to dismiss the case without prejudice”

Notice the company Paul Harris worked for in the link i posted above. Its our Rufie. But, yes, these things do happen every day....just not to me i hope. [Smile]

Kinda gets under my skin that in both of those cases he does not go by Rufus and now its all everyone knows him by. Im gonna go have a drink and dream up another conspiracy real quick. I'll be back. [Smile]

Our-street is a liar anyway. He believes that he talks to God and sells the information, he pretended to be a reverend so that he could sell a book,, He fled the country to avoid prosecution from the SEC, he admitted on his web site that he often gets information wrong but that he is judgment proof because he has no money (that page has since been deleted) , and he admits that he shorts stocks that he attacks. Is this really a guy you want advice from?

I am not sure who has sold in the paste few days...but in the article from Wednesday's PR is this statement;

If anyone feels that they have been persuaded by the influence of www.our- street.com or www.**********.com not to invest into our company or to sell and would like to join a legal suit to recoup their losses, please send an email with your complete contact information to stopthefraud*cvsu.us .

Ok, kids--who knows what "without prejudice" means?

I mean, in a way? it kinda sorta sounds like "no harm, no foul" right? Almost as though the lawsuit was frivolous....???

DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE - When a case is dismissed but the plaintiff is allowed to bring a new suit on the same claim.

10, there's no "winning"

It's simply fact: the court ordered 'em to stop posing, then dismissed "without prejudice." In other words? plaintiff not barred from pursuing again, if necessary.

When a judge dismisses with prejudice, that pretty much shuts the door re pursual in *any* court.

Well, im having a hard time judging without prejudice myself. Dismissed or not, in both cases it looks like "failure to put up" was kind of the problem right?

I cant wait til this is over!

So will this stock still be trading on Monday? Or is it halted for the symbol change where all the brokers process it during the day on Monday.. then we trade under the new symbol on Tuesday. Has anyone heard any real disparraging news about this merger. everything I can find seems to support that its going to go thru.
I'm smiling a little more... not sure if I should start dancin.

Please don't freak if everything is not up and running Monday. Rufus has some ties and a great staff around him. Be calm, let's talk things through here like we did with stock lemon's info, -what an azz...

I'll be here, and I have a special D & D person who'll be following this every step of the way. I'm a charter, not a D & D freak, so if something comes up chances are this board will know.

Keep a cool head. Everything so far is a GO. IMO

Everyone keep up the good work, see you here Monday morning [Smile]

GLTA, Peace.

People need to know what those shares represent!

NO WAY are you getting mine for a couple of bucks! The math here is easy folks. [Smile]

I'm still holding my shares of FHAL. I haven't pumped or bashed but have within this and other threads provided whatever DD I have found. There are some positives and some negatives regarding this stock right now and disregarding any of it is not wise. There are some negatives in Rufus's past which IMO cannot be ignored. The positive is the fact that since this merger the Float has been gut in half. I personally verified this with the Transfer Agent. Integrity stock Transfer on Friday. The Float was 48M as of the last filing and posted on Yahoo Finance 48 Million Float Friday it was right at 24 Million. The absorbtion of CVSU into FHAL was posted Friday on the OTCBB, both of those are as promised by Rufus. I still have a bit of concern since most of this is to be taken on Rufus's word without independent verification.

I guess my summation is caution. This is a 50/50 proposition at this time. Only invest what you can afford to lose.

I must be the .0001 % then...

I know a few things about trading. I don't trust the words that come out of anyones mouth, CEO or message board troll. What I do trust is my own due dilligence. I have researched the bond, even called my budy who is finacial consultant and had one of the brokers he works with look it up. I have checked out Georgia Aerospace and contacted and verified CVSU's involvement. I have done checks into AISS's management team. I have cross checked thru MTC Technologies and Lockheed Martin.

The bond and AISS alone value this stocks market cap considerable higher than $1.00 a share. Will it trade at $15.00 a share ? I honestly don't know. Will the stock crash from $15.00 upon open ? Probably, but again I don't know. What I do know is I bought at .16 a share. I also know the stock is worth more than $1.00. So until it starts trading closer to it's true market cap I will continue to hold. Any smart investor would do the same.
