I see the Etrade numbers too but I agree that they probably not that significant. It is more than a bit strange that it is the supposedly new book value of the company post merger. Over all effect, it made me smile just a bit on the inside.

Try and follow cause I know I am lost... CVSU.PK and FHAL.OB merged. FHAL.OB survived the merger and CVSU.PK had to be retired. Soon after the merger FHAL.OB will become CVSU.OB and once we break the $1.75 trading mark CVSU.OB will be allowed to trade on the NASDAQ. OB is the OTCBB or also known as NASDAQ Bulletin Board (NQB).
If that isn't confusing, let Tex explain the tax implecations of the merger.

nope nothing to do with the 1.75 break point that was a reference in the conversation with rufus, after the merger the new symbol will be CVSU and it will open on the nasdaq at a new set price of $15, this is what i understood

It's my understanding that in order to move to NASDAQ we will need to trade at a minimum of $4 for small cap or $5 for Regular NASDQ. Rufus also mentioned that CVSU would need to maintain volume of at least 50,000 shares per day for a period of time. His projection of a move to The NASDAQ was 45 to 60 days. That was my understanding.
Until then it will trade on the OTC.BB

but that isn't really the case...
on the same website the marketwatcher site that has CVSU a (NQB), FHAL is listed as (OTC:BB) so that (NQB) does not = CVSU.OB

guys i talked to scottrade, i asked him if they have heard of fhal, he said yes but just a little about a possible merger, i asked him what i needed to do in order to make sure my fhal was transfered over to cvsu and as fast as possible, he said that when the company merges they are responsible to send scottrade all the paper work involved in order to make the symbol change, i asked how lond does that take once they receive the symbol change papers, he said it could take one day and he has seen it take several days, i then asked if any broker gets papers first, he said not unless they have some kind of agreement but that all brokers should recieve the notice at the same time, as of right now no papers have been sent to scottrade requesting a symbol change, hope this helps

It will remain FHAL until it is closed and re-opened as CVSU...we are still waiting on the financials for FHAL and S4 filing...Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest IMO...

Judging by the time its taking Etrade to do some other things for me im not anxious to see how long it will take them to convert over to the new symbol. For trading purposes Etrade has been great but they havent been very speedy for me in general. I hope when the day comes im wrong though.

Dollar, this is common after hours to see the bid price skyrocket. It will correct itself on Monday.

no symbol change thru your broker until the paper work is done, that is why it is important that hopefully your broker is on top of things. you cant trade it till the paperwork is done, like i said no paperwork sent yet, and i dont think they are open on saturdays or sundays
