I think we will open around $1.20-$1.50. The MM's won't let it gap up two bucks, not enough profit in it for them. Unless of course they consolidated enough today. No, I think it will run like today.

Mr. Rufus, himself, is posting on the IHUB board now! He said he will clarify the whole BBANE incident! He will be on the interview tomorrow and answer any questions whatsoever! Ask politely, off course...

Hi guys, this is my first ever post. I have owned shares in this since .15 last week. I am based in the UK and trade through TD WaterhouseUK. Today i recieved a corporate action sent to my account as follows:
Stock: FRONTHAUL GRP INC Action Type: Merger Description: Fronthaul Group Inc and Conversion Solutions Inc announced that they signed a definitive agreement pursuant to which Conversion Solutions Inc agreed to acquire Fronthaul Group for cash.
The transaction is structured as a merger. Under the terms of the merger, Fronthaul Group shareholders will receive USD7.21 in cash in exchange for each share held.
The effective date has not yet been announced.
?????????????????
Does this mean my shares will be worth this over night? It sounds like they will give me the money but are taking my shares?
Any thoghts on this? i only ever get these e-mails when i get a confirmed dividend.

morning fellow European! It's probably not going to happen overnight. I am surprised however that our shares wont be worth $15 as mentioned by Rufus, but if this is the case then $7.21 is still 7 times our current market value, nothing wrong with that of course.
I hope you won't be insulted if I ask if anyone on here can confirm what you wrote here (not that I dont want to believe you, but I'm careful with claims, I hope you understand). I have TD Ameritrade (USA) and I didn't get an email like this.
*EDIT* ok you use TD Waterhouse, not ameritrade, nevermind then

Been on the phone to the brokers this morning as sounded too good to be true. However they have confirmed it as being real and are as baffled as me.
I am going to wait and see what happens to the pps because if it goes over $7.21 i will sell before the merger is complete. This is because they confirmed that it is a MANDATORY sale at that price regardless of pps. Hope this helps!

Can I make a suggestion? If it's not too much effort, could you do a screenshot of your email and black out your personal details? that would give people a lot more confidence (which would benefit you as well as a long shareholder). That would be awesome if you did that! If you don't know how to do all of this I'll send you a private message. Again, only if it's not too much effort of course *feels guilty already*
thanks! and welcome to allstocks! you'll love it here

Yea, i did. Im not going to disbelieve the guy but im disappointed if its true because Etrade could tell me NOTHING last night. I muddled through the latest PR with the guy and he was just as confused as the rest of us. Ive seen the 7.21 thing before so it does spark some interest.

The thing is, to me that seems to be old news. In the latest PR it states that FHAL aquired CVSU, not the other way around. This needed to happen so CVSU could ride the FHAL symbol into the Nasdaq someday, or at least that is how I understand it. So many of the reports have been flip flopped from one another its not even funny.
