Board.. Is it true that a symbol cannot be used for 6 months after it closes? On another board a lady said that it can't be used as pk or ob or anything with CVSU in it.

Thanks 66...I don't understand it myself... I did buy a small amount more today...it really didn't go through nearly as quick as I thought it might...the volume is vey low...and I can't help but wonder if so many of the "longs" are simply holding and not doing a darn thing...the volume we see..scared people jumpin out...?? IMO
I understand that this is a gamble..but heck...most pennies are...and I am only playin with a portion of the profits from this...as the sayin' goes..only play with what you can afford to loose!
We shall see what the next few weeks bring...but I doubt I am even going to attempt to selll right after the merger...I'll wait for it to settle...

The symbol is not being "Reused"..it's being "recycled". There's a difference. If ANOTHER company was trying to use it, then yes, it'd be true..but CVSU is using the same CUSIP number and moving the listing from Pink sheets to OTC BB.

All right {burp} what happened here? I take off for a deserving afternoon and in a matter of hours the weasle bashers start showing up trying to talk people out of their shares again.
TaxBack is back in the building but is leaving again real soon. Too depressing around here watching the grass grow. Look forward to reading tonight to see how many desperate shorts stop-by to try and "reason" with us as to why we are still holding. No... why we still have a vice grip on our shares.

IMO..the only way this merger won't go through...
In the 8k..it states that EITHER party can cancel...1 day before the "close"...IF the audited financials that are being waited on...end up being "off" as compared to what Rufas is hoping for...and they will not be able to do the "reorginaztion" type thing and "close and "reset" the PPS under that "special" rule...he will cancel it...and go back to the drawing board to get CVSU on the market and at the higher PPS...
...and yes..even with this possiblity...I'm playin' the stupid route...and staying! Let's hope the financials are what Rufas is thinking they are!

I have to laugh! a couple days ago people started bashing this and urging everyone to take thier money out of this and put it into WWEN witch ran on hype and excitement and many seem to have sold this for that. i jumped in on the pump and jumped right back out the same day for a 150 percent gain. now it`s down about 70 percent off the high of a couple of days ago! ( saw that comming! ) and will likely go back to single pennies early next week if not today. this is a gamble true but mutch less so than that other stock. in a few days we will know if this will payoff, it could be years before the other stuff does anything! the PR`s say it all! oh well < good luck to them and to us!

While I was out I was thinking... (I know kind of dangerous.) ...what if this was a Rufas move to catch the shorts, and flippers really off guard. Kind of like when the nurse tells you to look away right before the shot. Get everyone all nice and comfortable thinking things were going to be next week and then. WAM!!! 10K, S-4, and halt all at once in the afternoon. That would prevent the spike and resulting sell-off before the halt, and lock the shorts in with no time to cover.
Honestly the only reason I came back. I didn't want you guys having all the fun. Watching the shorts fling themselves from the rooftops, balconys, and park benches.

Yeah i Hub as been pretty entertaining today...
although...this may be wierd...but i'm almost as big of sceptic when it comes to the people talking about the shorts as I am listening to the bashers...
alot of it just seems orchestrated for lack of a better term...i don't know...reading alot of this just seems fake...a couple of our new friends here seem to be part of that as well...
sidenote...ya'll see the 90k or so that just got sold? happened about ten minutes ago now...

we all know what this stock is about, until there is bad news (not going to happen), we are o.k., even if she tanks today. if everyone did thier due diligence, a lower price should not realy matter, except, that a sale could have happened and we could of got a better position.imo

thats what i am pondering can they make the symbol change over the weekend? i think it might dip eod, and could have a chance to get back in monday with more and cheaper shares,
