I don't really mean to sound negative about this stock but it went from around the $0.10 cent range from the first week of July to a high around $1.66 in less than 3 weeks. That's something like a 1,766%+ gain. It's due for a very strong correction.
Hope is great, but sometimes in order to save yourself from a huge loss you have to realize what's really happening here and bail out.

Uhhhh,, did you read ANY of this board or ANY info on the internet regarding FHAL's past and future? Do you know ANYTHING about why it went to $1.60? I doubt it. Go back and do some reading and then make a better attempt at contribution.

Actually, I have already bailed out on some of my shares, but am holding onto the rest of them just in case, out of curiosity if for no other reason...

"Just got off the phone with Integrity Stock Transfer the T/A for FHAL. The Float is between 23 to 24M shares. So there has not been any dilution. I also asked about the process of exchange after change to CVSU. He stated that once everything is complete it should happen within 24 hours. the only delays would be from the DTC itself and has nothing to do with the company. Discount brokers seem to take a little longer to make the change."

Catia,
I understand that there has been a lot of DD done on this stock as well as countless others and I'm not trying to bash the stock. Yes, I am new here and this is my 2nd post, however, I've been watching these boards for a few weeks and have seen people make amazing gains and then lose them because they don't sell.
Stocks do not generally gain 1500% in a matter of weeks and keep going up. You have to ask yourself exactly how much gain is sustainable after a certain period of time.
I'm sorry if I've offended anyone, I'm just giving my opinion. But in order to realize a gain, you have to sell some time.

Hi Illiquid,
Yes, I am sure that everyone that is contrary is going to short this thing into the ground. I originally read the FAQs somewhere on this board provided by the forum originator and they did inform the participants of this forum that the short-sellers will drive high flying gainers into the ground after a big run.
Like you say, take your profit and run. I think it's sound advice. I just don't like seeing people hurt by a bad investment that went against them.

Full disclosure, I have no position whatsoever in FHAL.
I originally heard about it on a forum at myspace when it made a little bounce at around .15 cents(?) and then paid no mind. Later on, I realized this same stock that was at $1.50 was actually the one they mentioned on myspace.
I would have loved to have been on this ride, but truthfully, at this point, if my broker allowed me to, I would be short this stock.

Wow... that is just amazing to hear. I never realized that before you told all of us that little nugget of wisdom. Pretty soon you will be repeating Billy Madison and declaring yourself "The Smartest Man Alive". Just be glad that you appologized to Steve Buschemi before going on a quiz show for all of the marbles.

10 i think that the merger and the symbol change is a given. i am questioning rhe price of the stock after the symbol change and the statement from the post previous to mine:
Harris then said that if the market drives the stock down the company will buy back shares to raise it again.
is buyimg back shares simply to increase the pps in the companies best interest? it seemed that the previous post implied that there was some type of guarantee of the pps of the new company. personally, imho, i do not believe that or i would have put my money where my mouth is. the stocks dismal performance b4 the symbol change seems to me to agree with this.
this is just my read on this and is neither a bash nor pump. i am still looking for a reentry point and will be radaring this after it resumes trading. GLTA !

Absolut, giving you the benefit of the doubt (usually a bad idea), suffice it to say that ANY time you tell someone they should sell is going to be lableled a basher.
Also, all bashers react to accusations just like you did to gain trust.
Bottom line: don't tell people when to buy and sell.
