I dont know if anyone noticed or even cares but ARCA has been sitting high on the ask all morning and has raised his quote 3 times today! now at 99 bucks a share!! FWIW>

A: I couldn't sell for 2 years. There is a percentage that I can apply for. You're not going to see anyone sell. No one has any intention of selling. This is our retirement plan....
Q: Does CVSU own all the existing float?
A: I cannot disclose that at this time.

My advice is to buy!
Q: Is there going to be PR's soon to help investor confidence can be restored.
A: I don't think investor confidence has been lowered. (then he talks about share price being because of traders)
Q: Can we trade immediately after ticker change? A: The 90-120 days referred to is what we allow the institutions to do the exchange. 90% of them are going to do it electronically. The 90-120 days is the amount of time we are giving the shorts.
Q: Can you address where lotteryfever.com stands. How many machines.
A: With lottery fever it really doesn't have anythign to do with machines. It has to do with online. You go in and buy the lottery ticket online. It's a beta test. It's to test the market.
Q: Can you guarantee that there will be a PR today?
A: I'm not going to address that question. PR will be put out when they are put out.
Q: Can we expect FHAL to be halted within the next 5 business days
A: Let me give you a little example. We as of right now, if we were trading at 1.75, we could go to NASDAQ. Everything is in place, yes, we are on target, everything is in place. Nothing has changed just cause somone posted on Stock lemon.
We've put this together and this fell into place, it is an excellent deal. It is going to do exactly what is in the filing. If the SEC had any problem, if NASDAQ had any problem, they'd have come to us.
I challenge you to bring something to us that is not as we have stated on our website...or GO AWAY.
Q: How much does CVSU have in cash, not bonds.
A: We have converted the bonds in europe to 5 million cash. The breakdown will be in the 5k as to where it is going.
Q: What is CVSU's current revnue stream A: We have no revenue stream. That is how we designed the company. The companies are non-operating . Revenues will start when the company's start. We are a holdings company.
Q: What is AISS current revenue Stream? A: I really thought I just answered that.
