Opinion question - many stocks have taken a nosedive on good news - If we get a great 10q today do we think that will push us up like it should or same old nosedive story?

it would make absolutly no sense for REAL, genuine, meaty news to make us go down...if REAL news actually came out and we went down it would be 100% manipulation...
and it would bring us up eventually anyhow...

In the past this has happened, but everything that was making that stock move was centered around specific news. It comes out and people realize there is nothing left to wait for. This is much different. A good 10q shows that everything Rufus has been saying is more credible. People can buy, sell I don't care. GLTY

JNPR - another company that did this exact same kind of 368 restructuring.
im wondering if Rufus actually is really smart, and is just exploiting a loophole. a lot of articles say that 386 needs to be closed. maybe he's just taking advantage of its being there?
Kind of like accountants like to find legitimate loopholes to show their prowess.

I think that Rufus is that smart. Over and over e has stated using the 386 reorganiztion. This is all by design. Taking the whole picture into consideration and listening to what he has been saying not how he sounds, leads me to believe that they did their homework and that they will pull this off. JMHO

I completely agree. Listening to Rufus, he is very confident in his company. Most on these boards claim they are LONG, until a dip. I'm here and not going anywhere. Can't wait. By the way I tried to get a hold of Rufus, just to talk about the PR's we will get today and tomorrow. No answer. Anyone else talk to him today? JMO

My loyalties are still here but i will say one thing. If i "hear" nothing from CVSU today i could be out before the bell. I hope they have good reason for their delay in info right now cuz we are getting down to the wire! Dont get me wrong, ive sold VERY few shares since i got into this and i want to stay but a fire is burning and needs to be extinguished!

Been in since before the merger. Speculated on the Amazon deal. Have added on the way up. Wish I had played it better. Sold and rebought but lot's of interuptions at home. I do like the deal. Also the Bashing on other threads on this stock along with the concerted efforts of MN 1,Stock Lemon and Our Street really the amount of new bashers that appeared it all seems manufactered. WHY? To out a scam? I doubt it. After looking into the history of the 2 main culprits it would be hard to believe one word they print, post or utter.
