I have been reading over yesterdays posts and saw some guy repeatedly comparing this to STTK and the way that ran up and then down, if do a little digging you will see thia is NOTHING like STTK! except for the panic selling witch brought us to this level, STTK ran on empty PR`s and multiple stock alerts plus a HUGE hype and pump frenzy on these threads! STTK has nad had then little or no income few if any assets and a red balance sheet! it was a pump and dump, nothing more! there is no comparison between this and that, we have SEEN 800+ million in assets, we have seen a JV with what promisses to be a MAJOR player in the aerospace parts industry in negotiations for a billion+ in contracts! we have BIG names on board! and we WILL go to a higher exchage!not to mention we are entering an industry that generates 100`s of billions a year in buisness! this whole fiasco was very cleverly crafted to bring the price down so shorts could cover. and many fell for it! unfortunately. this is my take on the situation, I wish i had been able to post this while that basher was on yesterday but my computer at work blocks this site> GLTA!!!

i didnt realize they were blindly calling ben stanley the COO and saying hey, can we ask you questions.. you're on the air!

bad idea whomever came up with it.

now it's cutting out and we cant hear anything - these are cell phones.

They are working on a press release as they were speaking to him. I wish they would have just let him finish the PR. the price is tanking.

Sometimes shareholders, even with the best intentions do the darnest things.

This was worse than people who tout PR tommorrow. Whenever expectations are raised they need to be met.

It's way past time to leave Ben and Rufus alone and let them do their job.

Sad. I don't blame mamgement for this one.

apparently nothing earth shattering because the PPS is staying put...although NITE and UBSS are on the ask...so they could take us down...

and no one has anything to say about the 144's?

just tell me if it's not a big deal...but i just figured since it was RESTRICTED FHAL shares it was worth mentioning...

uhoh rufus gonna be peeeeved that we tried to blindside his COO.

so rufus is coming on live now, and they cant find anyone with a good connection to ask the questions.

i think this should recover our pps a lil. wasnt the company's fault earlier.

I've seen many filings like this for many other companies. What it usually means is that these people registered their shares so that they could be sold, not that a sale is imminent. If you held share and there was a possibility of them going up to $15 or over wouldn't you want to have the ability to sell them?
