sorry guys,, just freed up some funds,, can someone summarize for me why this went up today then dropped down,, and when is the merger suppose to take place??

I was pissed yesterday about the big drop for nothing. I was excited again this morning to see it rise again, only to drop. All I can say, is that this is gambling. If you can't take the heat, then get out of the kitchen. I was lucky to get in early enough to just be losing profits and not capital. I believe we will get a $15 opening price as CVSU, and when that happens we will all be a happy family again. At these prices the risk reward factor cannot be beat.

Reidler...The stock went up today because of people getting back in from yesterdays panic sale. The stock went down because of flagrant bashing on some stock sites. The MM's seem to be leading the band here.
The merger is a done deal. The symbol change is supposed to take place between the 28th and 1st (that's July and August).

i still can't believe it. how can a stock go from 1$ and open at 15$ ...i mean, what if everybody clicks on sell, the price is gonna drop like a rock...no? but in the interview he said that institutions are in place to buy up the shares if it drops. We're gonna need one hell of a buying pressure to keep it up there!!! Another thing...so we stay FHAL, and if the price doesn't reach 15$, we halt, change tickers, and open again at 15$ ? are there gonna be any restrictions on the shares ? a certain amount of time we have to wait before trading them ? ...man this sounds too good to be true..wow!

I dumped my 5k shares * 1.36 and bought another 26k shares of WWEN. I figure 5000 shares * 15.00 is 75 grand and having now 37000 shares of the other, all I need is 2 dollars a share to get the same result.
I just felt the 2 dollars was easier to attain and sustain than a 15 dollar one.

I guess I am just as confused as everyone else but I was looking to get some clarification on one thing that is still in my mind.
I understand that CVSU shareholders will have to wait 90-120 days before they can trade right? Does this also apply to us FHAL holders?
I have gone back and read almost 60 pages today trying to find some sort of answer but I am just getting more confused. Any help would be appreciated......

I have no source, I was asking because I didn't know and that was the take that I got from reading the msg board. As for trading CVSU shares, not currently.

Ya know, one thing that really keeps my attention is the cut and paste below. You would think that if CVSU didnt have the cashflow and brains to go through with the things they talk about then wouldnt we have heard something by now about AISS being let down? This was almost a year ago.
