as soon as i heard that de lemon was on this i cashed out my remaining position -- not because i don't think fhal won't see $15 or better but because i've seen what they can do to a stock.
doniboy the post by wallymac is trying to discredit de lemon since they claim to have been serving the otc community since 2001 and the internet has only been around since 1994-1995 and a how the owner doesn't have any personal information publish and that his disclaimer says they don't tell its readers when they take a position or when they cover. honestly the internet thing is bs imho -- so llbean.com is a scam since they've been selling stuff to the public prior to 1994-1995 lmao!
if de lemon is shorting this stock he's not too smart expecially if rufus is going to use loop holes to set his one price of $15. if i was a big shorter i'd wait for the $15 price then short the hell out of the stock -- wouldn't you? maybe de lemon doesn't want to be too greedy here?
i've made my money thank you fhal, rufus and company! this is getting too crazy for me -- reminding me of cmkx with the division between the longs and shorts. glta!

Before all of this i really never understood the idea of shorters. The more i learn, the more it sickens me. Its one thing to capitalize off of someones losses but to think that people like Lemon are actually manipulating it into what they want?!! I hope Rufus was serious about the legal action and i hope he doesnt back down. So many people may have just bailed out of something that might have changed their lives.
This is all just my opinion of course, i have no idea whats going on.

Thanks Rex and Wallymac. Stock Lemon should be thrown in jail.
Jo, you did recover from your early year losses though right?

catiaengineer manipulation is all around use from de lemon to group runners targeting low float shells and using de boards to play on emotion -- its everywhere!
legal action against de lemon? homework says fhal won't win -- each company from ypnet / sttk / hom / ghlt and others tried to only drop thier case. de lemon is connected has info most don't bother looking for and rarely if ever bets on something that's not a sure thing imho.
at a minimum send you information into rufus to be part of this suit -- especially if your first and only purchase of fhal was $1.50 or better.

I've been gone all day. Looks like Rufus got PO'd, made an announcement and there was panic selling again. Did I miss anything else? I am thinking about buying more right now to average down but want to make sure I don't see anything else I missed reading back through so many pages.

Naw, my first and only purchase was at .082. Thanks for the insight but if what people are saying is true, "de lemon" belongs in "de jail cell".

Which firm was the auditor? Where did Rufus come up with 500 million dollars (half a BILLION bucks) between January and March to buy these high yield "dollar denominated" Venezuelan bonds?
If you read the broadband court filings, you'll note that "bonds" that turned out to be worthless were part of the scam that got Rufus and hit motely crew sued before.
How is it that a firm with "audited financials" (but apparently no auditor to sign them) showing more than 800 million in "assets" only shows 9 grand in the bank? And ya know, if you want to see what real auditied financials look like, why not pull up info on another penny stock like Salon Media Group (SALN), a company worth far, far less than Rufus claims CVSU/FHAL is worth and compare them to the joke posted at the CVSU.US web site. And again, why does a company that supposedly has close to a billion dollars in assets not have an actual office? And why the heck is the CEO wasting his time taking dozens of calls on his cell phone from penny stock investors he doesn't know from Adam's housecat? Doesn't a man sitting on 800 million dollars have more productive things to do with his time?
A lot of what passes for "due diligance" here is a complete and utter joke. A great many participants on these boards don't even have the first iota of understanding about the basics of securities. They talk about "sort of IPO's" and about a company that will somehow be able to magically "set" a stock price after a merger. (Only the market sets the stock price after an IPO and this ain't no IPO.)
Like I posted last night, I don't have a dog in this hunt one way or the other. I just can't stand to see so many people delude themselves once dollar signs get in their eyes.
If you are in this stock at a profit, take your profits, get out and count your blessings. If you bought in late and are seeing losses, cut them soon. In two weeks, this issue will be right back where it was 6 months ago. Don't ride it all the way down like a fool.
