Case in question is USA, et al v. Alexander et al #2:05-cr-00472 District of Arizona Phoenix
Defendant in above case is Michael Alexander, age 42. FHAL guy is Michael D. Alexander age 38 or 39.
Pulled the case on PACER just for grins and verified it is not the same person per previous addresses, Bench Warrants, Order's of forfeiture showing properties, Employment histories, etc. (interesting read though on a Ponzi Scheme if your into that sort of thing )

Man, some people just want to nit pick this company to death.
Just sell enough to protect what you put into it, and let the rest ride. Take the chance, grow a sack !!!

Im not nit picking CVSU so much, just reading into how things got to where they are today with FHAL. A lot of people have commented how not much info is available for Fronthaul Pre-Amazon hype so i posted the links above.
I am taking a chance Tylee and my goal here isnt to be negative. I did pull out my initial investment and I do intend to finish the ride, but it doesnt mean im giving up researching things. I prefer to keep a good eye on things when several thousands of dollars are concerned, sack or not.

For the case? It's on PACER, gotta have an account as it costs .08 per page. I did not download it as it is huge, I just read through enough to satisfy.

I fell in love and haven't taken a shower since, hence my name.
Hang strong through this one, I've been calling broker friends and finance people all weekend to get opinions. They all seem to think this is legit, and that if Rufus publicly stated these facts and he pulls any funny business he'll be sued for the rest of his lifetime and spend retirement in the courts.
No matter how much money you make, do you really want to spend your final years going to court every week and dealing with lawyers ?
The $15 is going to happen, imo. The only two questions are:
#1 how long will the pps hold up.
#2 how many of you have cash accounts and will be able to trade it right away.
I have a cash account through Schwab and was assured that I can trade CVSU as soon as trading opens.

A halt in trading can happen anytime after the 10K. Could be as early as Monday.

That's still up in the air, we're waiting for the 10-K I believe to make it official. I know that if that 10-K has everything Rufus hinted that it would in it there will be a mad short covering dash and buying frenzy before trading is halted.
I mean if you could buy a stock for $7 that was going to be $15 wouldn't you !
I really think there are still a ton of people on the sidelines here. Plus the people who made money on the run from .20 may buyu back in knowing they will make more money.
If this isn't shaping up to be a "Perfect Storm" than I don't know what else is...

I have a question for all that think this is a scam.
How does Rufus or any of the management profit? They hold restricted shares. Those shares are locked up. They will not be allowed to trade them for sometime. There has been no dumping of shares on the market, so no new capitalization.
So how do they profit unless this is successful and either holds the $15 or goes up?
Looking forward to any responses.
Also everyone should be calling their brokers about the symbol change. If they get enough people calling they will know they are being watched and that will hopefully keep them on the ball making the transition smoother.

Tylee, thats exactly why im still in as well. The 8000 shares i bought in June only cost me around $660. If people are still confident enough to buy in at 1.14 then i think ill hang on to my .08 shares. Its funny though, you said ONLY 6000 shares. It would cost someone nearly $7000 to match your position today, that MUST give you a nice warm fuzzy feeling eh?

It is worth more ofcourse. I should have dumped at 1.55 and bought back I guess. But it may go higher this week beforeSymbol change.
