Ok - http://phoenix.fbi.gov/dojpressrel/2006/investmentfraud050106.htm

Case in question is USA, et al v. Alexander et al #2:05-cr-00472 District of Arizona Phoenix

Defendant in above case is Michael Alexander, age 42. FHAL guy is Michael D. Alexander age 38 or 39.

Pulled the case on PACER just for grins and verified it is not the same person per previous addresses, Bench Warrants, Order's of forfeiture showing properties, Employment histories, etc. (interesting read though on a Ponzi Scheme if your into that sort of thing [Razz] )

Man, some people just want to nit pick this company to death.

Just sell enough to protect what you put into it, and let the rest ride. Take the chance, grow a sack !!!

Im not nit picking CVSU so much, just reading into how things got to where they are today with FHAL. A lot of people have commented how not much info is available for Fronthaul Pre-Amazon hype so i posted the links above.

I am taking a chance Tylee and my goal here isnt to be negative. I did pull out my initial investment and I do intend to finish the ride, but it doesnt mean im giving up researching things. I prefer to keep a good eye on things when several thousands of dollars are concerned, sack or not.

thx Livin' for the DD!

i had found that case info, and it didnt satisfy me. [Roll Eyes]
38 & 42 were too close, especially since i have no proof of the 38.

yeah, im that thorough and skeptical... do you have links to the later mentioned info perchance?

For the case? It's on PACER, gotta have an account as it costs .08 per page. I did not download it as it is huge, I just read through enough to satisfy.

There is also a Michael G Alexander and a couple others I ran across, could not make the connection to either FHAL or R & S guys.

The "D" guy in Mesa does not match up per any address I could find in the "case". Have fun [Smile]

I fell in love and haven't taken a shower since, hence my name.

Hang strong through this one, I've been calling broker friends and finance people all weekend to get opinions. They all seem to think this is legit, and that if Rufus publicly stated these facts and he pulls any funny business he'll be sued for the rest of his lifetime and spend retirement in the courts.

No matter how much money you make, do you really want to spend your final years going to court every week and dealing with lawyers ?

The $15 is going to happen, imo. The only two questions are:

#1 how long will the pps hold up.

#2 how many of you have cash accounts and will be able to trade it right away.

I have a cash account through Schwab and was assured that I can trade CVSU as soon as trading opens.

A halt in trading can happen anytime after the 10K. Could be as early as Monday.

That's still up in the air, we're waiting for the 10-K I believe to make it official. I know that if that 10-K has everything Rufus hinted that it would in it there will be a mad short covering dash and buying frenzy before trading is halted.

I mean if you could buy a stock for $7 that was going to be $15 wouldn't you !

I really think there are still a ton of people on the sidelines here. Plus the people who made money on the run from .20 may buyu back in knowing they will make more money.

If this isn't shaping up to be a "Perfect Storm" than I don't know what else is...

with a float of only 11 million shares, DTGP has the breakout potential that were all looking for!

I have a question for all that think this is a scam.

How does Rufus or any of the management profit? They hold restricted shares. Those shares are locked up. They will not be allowed to trade them for sometime. There has been no dumping of shares on the market, so no new capitalization.

So how do they profit unless this is successful and either holds the $15 or goes up?

Looking forward to any responses.

Also everyone should be calling their brokers about the symbol change. If they get enough people calling they will know they are being watched and that will hopefully keep them on the ball making the transition smoother.

I dont care.

I only have 6000 shares that I bnought *.10

That is all I could afford.

As long as I can sell above that, I dont lose any $$. I will just be more leary in the future is all.

see, now if i only had what tylee has invested id probably ride it out.

i had 20 grand in, so that made a nice profit, worth taking out.

i still may jump back in if it looks good, but my schedule doesnt allow for much trading this week so that comes in to play.

if it is a scam, the guy is nuts to be so blatant.

then again there was a tv station that actually took to the air with these famous people on it and that was a scam... [Wink]

and wally, if i could figure it out, then id probably not be investing in penny stocks!

ps- bigdog, did you need to spam your chart on every board? loses credibility.

Tylee, thats exactly why im still in as well. The 8000 shares i bought in June only cost me around $660. If people are still confident enough to buy in at 1.14 then i think ill hang on to my .08 shares. Its funny though, you said ONLY 6000 shares. It would cost someone nearly $7000 to match your position today, that MUST give you a nice warm fuzzy feeling eh? [Smile]

It is worth more ofcourse. I should have dumped at 1.55 and bought back I guess.
But it may go higher this week beforeSymbol change.

i was just going thru the website, and never noticed before that

1- the website is still located * waatle.com and simply masked with the cvsu.us domain name. (http://www.waatle.com/800617.html for example)

2 - all the 'asset origination' info on cvsu is actually pinched from this website:
http://www.financialservicesfacts.org/financial2/securities/assetbacked/?table_s ort_651660=2

and by pinched i mean actively linked from that site.

i think ill put in a call tomorrow to that firm and see if they have some kind of affiliation, if they know that their content is being redirected to the cvsu site.

maybe some cross involvement. maybe not [Wink]
