L2's looking strong. MM's are scramblimg. Might be trying to grab shares to cover their short positions as the time is getting shorter to be able to do so.

This topic is tapped out, but BB if you really wanted to make a point you could point out that with $843M in capital this company paid less than 5K for their website based on the content and graphics posted.
But even this point makes no sense. They have very little need to spend important dollars on a web site except to communicate with us online investors. Since until this month they were privately held this wasn't even a major focus. So they slapped some pages on an old web server, and put a new logo on them. Heck they are even attempting to place a crapy Flash site up to wow a few investors.
I give them a C- for web site effort but honestly I am not investing in a web site. This company may or may not be legit but you are not going to be able to tell it from the pitiful online brochure they hosted just for you.

I was going over some of the prs and I found this quote form the july 12th pr that I am a little confused on.
"Attention CVSU Shareholders, Note Holders and Option Holders; Please see Shareholder update on our website, www.cvsu.us. Each individual will be required to complete the Form of Affiliate to achieve share exchange under the Merger Agreement."
Is it saying that we, fhal shareholders, will need to complete this form? I can't find the "Shareholder Update" section on the website. Am I blind or is it just not there yet?

ok, thanks. Just wanted to make sure. I'm leaving tomorrow to backpack through Europe and I wanted to make sure I didn't have to sign anything for this merger.

No many shares in the float so FHAL will go up and down as the MM's will keep moving it with only the shares they can aquire rather than what they hold.
I have flipped this stock twice and hold only free shares so I will sit on mine so that the MM's can't touch them for a few days
