BBAN association. It was an assett 100 million comany. He believes the MMs that were involved in BBAN or probably involved here trying to hold down the price. It was a bad choice on his part. He tried to terminate them but they outlasted the company funds. He learned from it now is moving on and it is completely behind him.

Again the share price will be set at $15 on the day it starts trading. You can then sell and get out at whatever the price is at that point or you can stay and see what happens with the price.

if the float is gone then we are all trading on short shares! I would think they must be covered before the symbol change in case this does hold at or over 15 bucks!! if there are 30/40/50 million short shares out this should explode when the cover!

There will be NO R/S. They cannot go against what is in the 8-K. He has been talking about a Forward split after the new company starts trading.

it could go up or down, my guess is down since it's the same principle as the "gap up", people see a big profit and take it. The question is how fast will it fall from $15... it can open premarket at $15 and "gap down" all the way to $10 and fall like a rock. All things that can happen unfortunately. Unless we get killer PRs!!
I'm buying shares tomorrow, I don't believe it would fall THAT hard that it would touch our current stock price. Or maybe I'll just buy shares and ride it till the trading becomes halted for the conversion (that could be a fun ride )

He has 2 press releases to put out if he could on each one of the 17 subs per day. the lottery system is going great. If it works in Cal, Ohio and some others then the rest of the U.S. will join up.

question, if float is gone.. and seems like there are a lot of short shares, how will MM's able to cover before the merger without company selling?? and can the company sell before merger? so what kind of shares are we holding? blank shares? what's the point of MM's buying back blank shares anyway, unless they have a deal with the company, which would by pass us.. and we don't get squat

During the time the merger is being completed to the end of July when it is officially trading under a new name. Sorry, should have been clearer. He owned CVSU before the merger started. The merger is done but have to wait until the end of the month.
