I talked to Rufus about 2:30 and he confirmed it for me. Call him.

No, what I am saying is that where do you think our shares are going to go. We become CVSU holders. If we have 1 share then that share is worth $15 when the new name is changed. We do not get extra shares CVSU does, but we are the beneficiaries of a new name and a new figure $15.00 a share.

yeah but that is what Rufy is telling us they are worth...not the people you have to sell them to in order to get your $15 per share...

Why the heck wouldn't that buy have been made a few minutes earlier at 1.11?
Manipulation? So that folks without L2's who come home tonight see that pps, put in their sell/buy orders based on that figure?

Crab who said I am selling. I am holding through to the new company. If they price out at $15 I want to see the first week pop and go from there. This isn't a small deal.

probably just a left over trade from earlier in the day...ya'll are reading to much into it...afterall it was only 2000 shares...not 200,000...

Oh...I know that shome...I was just saying that in order for the stock to be valued * $15 for any period of time...people have to be willing to pay that...
if it opens at $15 a share...it can come right back down to $1.11 if no one is buying at that higher price...

shomethe$, im not saying that your shares are going to go anywhere...just saying that the CEO of THE company doesnt set a price on a stock...otherwise all CEO's would be setting $200 figures on their stocks. example..thats like toyota setting the msrp on a corolla at 100K..sure its a expensive car now but what dealership is going to find a sucker to buy it and who's gonna buy it over a lexus at 50k?
I'm with you. The company will be worth $15 and I will be there to see it. People need to stop thinking and enjoy the volatile ride upward.

If Rufus says they've bought up what they think the float is and they don't know where these shares are coming from, then what will happen when they change the symbol over. I mean, if there are tons of shorts out there, will the shorts just carry this over or is there going to be a huge squeeze there?
I'm hoping that when they change the symbol over and raise the price to $15, they will PR that there's some tiny amount of O/S and float. This and some great audited financials. Then, maybe it will stay at or above the $15. If not, I'm afraid of the amount of sales at $15 that will be entered.

Here is some info for the people who were confused about r/t's Questions came up a few pages back.
A day trade occurs when you buy and sell (or sell and buy) the same stock or option position during the same trading day. A trading day includes all pre-market, normal trading hours, and extended session hours. Selling a position held overnight and reacquiring the position the following day is not considered a day trade.

Or simply, someone is not telling the truth? If the float was "bought up by Rufus" do you think the pps should be higher that just over a buck?
And now, they won't release float numbers?

the interview is on tonight... he said details will be on the front page of cvsu's website. http://www.waatle.com/ for those that don't know it... he said they suspect/thought they bought up "all of the float" (which i don't think is true) he said there are 64 million and half of those are restriced... so 34 million and he expects that most of it is bought... the 10k with audited financials will be release first of week. he said monday or tuesday. he said tuesday is the most likely date... Also a PR will be released tomorrow but... i don't think it will do much. he made it sound like it's just going to be like the one today where they are going to announce more ppl they hired. I hope this helps some of you. and if you have any questions call. i called two times within 5 min and i got a hold of him.
NOTE: the interview is a Q/A for him. he is unsure how it will work because he has never had one like this before... poor guy. another blindside... but thats all i know as of right now...

I'm assuming they will treat the new symbol much like a company would IPO their stock. With an IPO, a price is usually set and then the stock will trade from there either up or down. The starting price has nothing to do with where it will go from there though. Like others have said, there will need to be something that will justify it to be there if it is to stay for any length of time.
Livin...good point. I think we're all still somewhat skeptical of the whole thing, but I still have some faith.

Here is what Rufus told me about the price adjustment:
The Merger qualifies as a tax-free reorganization under Section 368 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, meaning that as the Reorganized Holdings Corporation begins to trade it has an option to adjust the market (trading price) to reflect the new Reorganized Holdings Corporations audited financials as it reflects on the per share book value.
