Mike says they signed the contract. He didn't mention LOI! I hope they talk more about this...we'll see if he confirms the signed contract.

He said they signed a relatively large contract, didn't call it letter of intent.....

They are talking about the broker business. They said they have 100 loads a day listed. They make money by adding a rate per mile to each load.

Caller asks...is FHAL doing the actual extraction, or hauling...
Mike says...there are other companies doing the retrieval...they will just handle the logistics. Saw mills will be leased. Mills will cut and ship.

maumee, I flipped this last week when it hit over .14 and that was only with the LOI. More solid news should send this thing up like we're hoping XKEM does. The contract signing tomorrow or Friday could do wonders for this thing. I see one of the few great opportunities here. Been wrong before, but I think this is a solid play.

Mike...4600 logs were retrieved before and sold as grade A lumber. $1.5bill is based on the average quality from the 4600 logs from before....

FHAL knows the guy who has the exclusive contract for all of the Amazon retrieval. Not just the 6mil cubic meters, but all. This contract is just for the 6mil.

I couldn't get everything down. I assume the financials are out there already. They hit him up on the negative profit and the low profit margins.
That was a pretty fast conference. Sounds like the contract is not done, but he said they just had to dot the i's and cross the t's. He hopes to have it out in the next few days.
Sounds like it could be possible that they will be able to increase the contract over time to possibly the rest of the Amazon!

they did say their margin is running at 15 percent so how mutch of the total estimated value will come to them? they said they are handleing the logistics of the process, how many years will it take to bring this wood to market? what will be their " end " in terms of profit? 15 percent of 1.5 billion would be 275 million but they will not be getting a full share of the 1.5 billion if they are only providing logistical services will they?

We're well over the average volume trading, so maybe this will stay up today. We get news tomorrow about the signed contract and we're off.

275M margin is huge for a company which has such a low float and trading at 0.1 mad. what do you think? a company with outstanding contract that would generate 1.5B, along with extended contract possibility, and profit margin of 15%.. thats equivalent of any of the defense stocks that I own! and far better than retailer stocks out there!

they did not say how mutch of the value of these resources will be comming to them, they did say a number of other contractors would be involved in recovery, transport, finishing and sales. I would like to see profit projections and a time line neither of witch were mentioned in this conference. I am shure they will get this contract but the road to revenue generation will be many months away maybe a year or more. just looking for solid answeres to relavent questions.

I actually wasn't thinking the contract would be done today. I think today was really just a state of the business update. I think when the contract is signed we'll see a PR stating that FHAL has entered into a contract with CEOTA. With possible gross revenue worth $1.5b IMO
