2.5 days until the buyback is complete. Anyone think we'll make it to .0002 by then? I would guess that it all depends on the volume.

IMHO, I think that 2 billion is not enough to move this stock. If they purchased 20 billion, then the stock will move. But they need money with all these "investments" that they are doing. I am not a basher of any sort, but I have been riding this stock for way too long.

So, they are going to buy back 2 billion and add another 4 billion. I think I'm going to pick the corn out of my sh*t and send it to them to turn into ethanol.

COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES:
James Monroe Capital Retires Shares
CHICAGO, Oct 02, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- James Monroe Corporation (Pink Sheets:JMCP) has retired shares from a buyback of 2 billion shares prior to September 29, 2006. The new share structure will be posted on the company web site after the company receives the new numbers in writing to have on file.
Taylor Moffitt said, "Everyone has been very busy. It has been a great run of long days, nights, and weekends filled with work. Aside from adding all of the new equipment to the shop, from our last expansion, so that we are ready for full production, we have also been welding, painting, and assembling the customer training and R&D ethanol plant. Most ethanol plants take well over a year to construct, but our project has been going up so quickly that we may end up having to wait on permits--that's spectacular progress and will give us a feather in our cap, if we can beat all of the permits. We have hired new fabricators and workers, and a new executive who will start with us soon. Floyd Butterfield has been continuing to improve our engineering, and regarding his latest modifications, told me, 'It will knock your socks off.' Outside of the US, particularly in developing countries, the small ethanol plants have been well received, and we have initial purchase orders. In the office, we have been installing control systems for tracking every penny, as requested by a PCAOB auditor. We are nearing a final selection of a PCAOB auditor, and are looking forward to being a reporting company. At the same time we have been finishing off one of the Northland Home Solutions houses, so that we can sell it. We have continued to work on mergers and acquisitions. Other parties have continued to show interest."

Here's the question? Will JMCP make a bigger profit this year on their ethanol or on their $20 t-shirt sales?
I mean, if they sell a butt-load of t-shirts at 20 bucks a pop, did you think we can get to .0002?

James Monroe Capital Corporation is a publicly traded holding company that focuses on acquisitions, start-ups, and real estate. The company solicits contracts for stable income as the stable base to fund its otherwise aggressive efforts. These efforts are "opportunistic and time-sensitive deals" often involving distressed situations where other parties have something very valuable they are about to lose entirely.

10/3/2006 - America’s amber waves of grain may soon be joined by small trees, grassy meadows and food wastes as key ingredients of a budding national ethanol industry. Congress is doing what it can to encourage production in states where it’s used the most — including New York.
U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., and Rep. Brian Higgins, D-South Buffalo, are sponsoring bills in their respective houses of Congress to give tax credits to companies which produce less than 150 million gallons of ethanol a year. Only companies in New York, California, Florida and Texas however would benefit.
Those four states are the only ones whose residents consume more than 2 percent of the nation’s unleaded gasoline, but produce less than 2 percent of the nation’s ethanol.

With this share structure it would take a massive reverse split to get even close to respectable. IMHO it would take an earthquake to move this stock. They did retire 2 bill. share prior to Sept. 29, 2006, but it seems they have a long way to go. I like the co. but their structure is ridiculous.

If any of you want out try selling it at the ask. I jumped in for a whopping 100 bucks worth just for kicks a while back, came to my senses shortly thereafter and sold for no loss other than commission. If my memory serves me right the AS was the same at 50 billion and the OS was around 35 billion. Lotta dilution going on and if they follow the pattern of most of these macro micro pennies they will R/S and continue to dilute to raise capital for operations if they have any. I have not done much research on them at all but the authorized shares speaks volumes.
Is the bid/ask still at .0001? I may have sold when they were both at .0001, though I can't remember and too lazy to check to see in my account. LOL
