So let me get this straight, they aren't going to do a r/s because they are basically bailing on this one and going to use the new stock structure. So we will each own like a billionth of 5% of onyi?

As ugly as this thing looks, it is one of those quirky little stocks that could go on a massive run with the right PR. And they love to PR.

Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement On October 19, 2006, Originally New York, Inc. (the "Registrant") completed a Transaction Agreement ("Agreement") with James Monroe Capital Group, a Delaware corporation and Vineyard Creek Investments, LLC. Pursuant to the Agreement, James Monroe Capital Group contributed assets and Vineyard Creek Investments, LLC purchased $300,000 of common stock from the Registrant. The Registrant issued 33,201,000 common shares to James Monroe Capital Group and 19,499,000 to Vineyard Creek Investments, LLC which represents 80% of the outstanding shares of the Registrant. Taylor Moffitt was added to the Registrant's Board of Directors and was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Chris McGovern was appointed President, Secretary and Treasurer. CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--James Monroe Corporation (Pink Sheets:JMCP - News) announces that they have signed a definitive agreement with Originally New York, Inc. I am afraid it will mean they can focus on the onyi pps and ignore this one.
They wanted to take jmcp to the ob. They realized that with the o/s it couldn't be done unless they r/s the hell out of it. So they bought a new shell and we own a tiny portion of it.

I haven't made any money on any penny stock in so long I don't remember what it feels like. What the hell is going on here? Do we just give these CEO's our money so they can do with as they please? This crap should be outlawed.

Well if that is the case with this stock I think that you can sue them for doing that to the shareholders. I don't understand it. They could have used the 10 million and bought back 10 billion share and did a reverse split of 40 to one and that really would have solved the big problem with the O/S. These CEO's are just con artist and they should be locked up for taking the investors money like that. I bet if we filed a claim through the SEC we could get a serious result. If they did what you are talking about then they just scammed every single investor. I thought that this press release meant that jmcp would become ONYI and not onyi owns part of jmcp. But I guess that will be all for today

I doubt ANYBODY has more than they can afford to lose, in this stock. It's a huge gamble, but crazier things have happened than a stock like this going on a nice run. I'm $3000 in, and proud.

If you are worrying about it, you should sell and relieve the stress. I expect nothing to happen for months to years. I can't name another .0001 stock that is making more moves. If they pay off, great, if I lose the 3 grand, I'll make it up on the next one.
