Any idea why this is going up or are you merely trying to play the momentum?

Looking at the volume, there was virtually none until a couple of days ago. Be careful of a front loaded group play and not being able to get out. Goo dluck to you guys, but I'm sitting this one out.

we may have a situation worth DDing on here
DBYC shares were passed out as divis from PTSH buyers.. (like PAIV that ran 3500% after people found they werent supposed to sell)

also I found this news- do your own DD

Disability Access Consultants, Incorporated (DAC) entered into a Consulting Agreement with a quick service restaurant group ("Client"). The Client's name cannot be disclosed due to the confidentiality clause in the agreement. Under the terms of the Consulting Agreement, effective January 11, 2007, DAC will provide services to the Client including (i) comprehensive and accurate accessibility compliance survey consulting services for selected restaurant locations; (ii) consulting and advising Client as an expert witness; (iii) report DAC's facts, conclusions and findings to Client; (iv) inspection services; and (v) a license to use the DAC Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of the software license agreement(s) which will include database relation services. The story on this stock goes back further than last Friday. I heard about this on on 2/08, did some DD and put in a GTC which filled over a few days therefater.
The main pasagraph of the info provided by J_U_ICE above ("...Disability Access Consultants, Incorporated (DAC) entered into a Consulting Agreement...") is actually datable back to February 8th, not last Friday.

You did good, J_U_ICE. Unfortunately, Scottrade suddenly decided to invoke it Pinks call-in only policy on me, and I was no where near a cell phone, so I missed out on the chance to average down.
