Personally I like to know when others are selling and I like to know the reason they no longer value a stock. I dont want to be a mindless QBIDian who has blind faith in a stock. Do you remember those guys? Bashing anyone who had anything bad to say even if it was true.

The more knowledge you have of a stock/company the better your decisions about trading it will be.

but then again I dunno if I can blame you too much. This CEO does not seem to have what it takes to get this thing moving-it is always what "we will have" with these guys.Plus they never seem to do anything right in my opinion.3 months past the expected Costa Rica deal closing and no word? no mention of share structure problem.then they never have news when they should.I can understand trying to go ahile with out PRS but first youneed something really good to get the momentum. Then maybe they can stay away from thePRs.I think it will take a blast of extremely positive PRS over a month before they can take a PR break.Nobody buys this thing unless there is some news.I could be wrong but I dunno ,they seem to be doing a few things right but too much inexperience here.IMHO

James Monroe Capital Acquires Butterfield Ethanol Plant

CHICAGO, Sep 13, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- James Monroe Capital Corporation (Pink Sheets:JMCP) has acquired a previously operational 75,000 gallon ethanol plant, disassembled, to add to its ethanol assets.
The plant is the original award-winning Butterfield Plant. The time-tested plant has spawned numerous copycat efforts, and a cult following on the web. This particular plant, however, is the original. Diversified Ethanol, a division of James Monroe Capital, has planned proprietary design upgrades and numerous other modifications to be engineered and supervised by Floyd Butterfield himself, making it more stable and reliable than ever before.

Floyd Butterfield, the award winning ethanol engineer who was one of the pioneers of 24-hour ethanol production, contributed the plant for the cost of "scrap metal", in part of a deal which makes Butterfield the Chief Engineer of Diversified Ethanol, a division of James Monroe Capital.

The small plant will shed its rusty old catwalks and old pumps in favor of stronger, newer equipment. The plant will be born again, better than ever, and used for customer training, and R&D. Diversified Ethanol's partially constructed new plant in Eagle Grove will dovetail with the previously operational plant, so that they can go into production of the other plants even sooner.

Butterfield is taking over engineering of Diversified Ethanol's 500,000 gallon per year plants. Butterfield's design is not just a scaled-up version of his old design. The new design has been custom engineered for the specific purpose of being mass-produced, reliable, and cost effective at 500,000 gallons per year. The new designs use proven "work-horse" technology and as many off-the-shelf components as possible.

Diversified Ethanol's Taylor Moffitt commented, "With Floyd Butterfield on our team, and his original plant too, we as the shareholders of James Monroe Capital can boast that our Butterfield plants are the longest-lasting continuous operating ethanol plants in the world, and that the Butterfield plants are 100% upgradeable with future technology. The ethanol industry learned from the Butterfield plant in the past, and now they will now look to it again as it serves as a research and development showcase, featuring cold-microwave testing."

James Monroe Capital CEO Chris McGovern said, "We are honored to own this historically significant ethanol plant, and to have a world-renown engineer on our team. His designs are not only efficient, but also very cost effective. Just ask the CEO of Pacific Ethanol, he was one of the judges who voted for Floyd's design."

Butterfield said, "I've got a list of individuals that want me to build them each a plant. I get calls quite often. But I had been waiting to find the right team of people to work with, so that we can build several of them instead of building just one. These guys seem to have exactly the same vision that I have had for the last 25 years. I've had a lot of time to think about this. We can build thousands of these."

Diversified Ethanol presently has a waiting list of several plants, which has been growing every week. The plants are to be manufactured in mass-production, several at a time, for a quick turn-time (presently 8 months). If you are interested in purchasing a 500,000-gallon ethanol plant, be prepared to part with $1.6 million and call Diversified Ethanol at 515-603-6292.

Plant designer Floyd Butterfield

http://journeytoforever.org/biofuel_library/ethanol_butterfield.html

The Gildred/Butterfield Fuel Alcohol Plant is located on a ranch approximately six miles north of Paso Robles, California. It presently is in operation on a daily basis. The plant currently processes off-market barley, wheat and screenings, although it is adaptable to a wide range of feedstocks.

In May, 1980, Floyd Butterfield of Paso Robles, California and Stuart Gildred of Santa Ynez, California formed a partnership to construct a small and efficient fuel alcohol plant. The purposes of building the plant were to promote awareness of an alternate, renewable fuel, to manufacture and sell the fuel, and to gain the expertise needed to manufacture and sell low cost and efficient fuel alcohol plants in the future.

Design of the existing plant began in March, 1980, and construction was initiated in June of that year. Almost all components of the plant were either built at the on-site shop or purchased as off-the-shelf items. The sieve plates eŁ the distillation columns were custom-made to specifications by a local sheet-metal shop.

The performance of the distillation columns and associated equipment was tested in October and November of 1980. Subsequent to this successful testing, further equipment was designed, and built or purchased, to allow semi-automatic continuous production at the plant.

Operation resumed in April, 1981 with the plant most recently producing approximately 12 gallons per hour of 180 proof ethanol on an eight hour per day test basis.

http://journeytoforever.org/biofuel_library/Butterfield/butterfield1.html

The Gildred/Butterfield Fuel Alcohol Plant, winner of the California Department of Food and Agriculture's Ethanol Fuel Plant Design Competition: Floyd Butterfield's on-farm still operation in full, complete with blueprints. Plant Description, Plant Operating Manual, Plant Performance Data, Plant Construction Guide, Recommendations, Appendixes and eight blueprints of the still, cooker and operating set-up. Operates continuously, 24 hours per day, 10 gallons per hour of 190 proof ethanol. Includes screw press blueprints and construction details.

This stock will have a great run once it reverse splits like AWBV/AWYB (1:5000) and you buy the new shares

bksundar, what makes you think that?

I got suckered into this stock because of "good news" etc. Bought 5 million shares, I cant even give away. been trying to sell for about 10 days now.

This stock is a sucker, and let me tell you why. The company doesnt give a rats a$$ about the stock going up. They figured all they need to do is print out shares, and they sell it * 0.0001. Once in a while, there will be some "transaction" for a few million shares here and there * 0.0002 that makes the suckers think they can sell it and double their money.

Even if something was to happen for this company, there are so many shares out there (50 billion to be exact) that are trying to be sold * 0.0001 that will not affect the price. And trust me, if there is demand, the company will make sure that more shares will be printed to make up for the demand.

Whoever thinks that this stock is going places, better look for a different hobby, cuz they cant distinguish common stock from Livestock...

(a wee bit of Wall Street for you) - Only the best movie ever!

I too bought 1000$ worth AWBV at 0.0001. I thought I lost it all . Then it reverse split into AWYB at 1:5000 and shot from 0.001 to 0.21 currently. I bought AWYB 40K * 0.06 yesterday, I made loads of money. Now even if I have to seel my orignal AWBV (restricted shares) for a 1000$ loss, I do not care. Thank god for SHORT SQUEEZES !!!!
