JMCP has always said they would not do a rev/split..... If they keep their word the stock will finaly move up $$$$ ... Never Know

James Monroe Capital Authorizes Stock Dividend 11/22/2006 20:02 James Monroe Corporation (Pink Sheets: JMCP) has authorized a stock dividend of its restricted shares of Originally New York, Inc. such that every holder of 2010 shares of the Company's issued and outstanding stock shall be entitled to receive 1 share of Originally New York, Inc. The record date of this dividend is December 12 and the pay date is December 27 of this year.
ONYI Chairman Taylor Moffitt said, "Chris McGovern and I will be leaving to focus on ONYI now, and we are bringing our JMCP shareholders with us. If you want to be in this party, the show's at ONYI. At some point in the future following the dividend, ONYI will be renamed 'James Monroe Capital Corporation.' This train's leaving, and we're all going to OTC BB town."
The dividend stock is unregistered and accordingly would be restricted. Restricted stock cannot be sold for a period of time, such as a year or two. This protects shareholder value. Following the holding period, restricted stock is also subject to selling limits proportionate to the size of the company. This also helps to protect share prices.
James Monroe Capital President Chris McGovern said, "We have our known broker list, and will follow the strictest procedures of accurate dividend practice."
Moffitt commented, "On a less positive note, with this dividend passing value up to shareholders, the soon-to-be-former JMCP will be losing some of its intrinsic value. It has a future that is uncertain. We will announce our plans for it after they have been determined. Overall this is an outstanding reason to give thanks: the dividend will make your net worth go up. However, if you have short-term investment intentions, you should use discretion. Also, shareholders should be advised that if they sell their stock before the execution date, which is yet to be determined by the NASD, they would not get the dividend. In that light, we hypothesize the trading volume to be short-term investors selling while long-term investors are buying. We're happy to gain long-term partners and accommodate the exit of the short-term market players. I hope all shareholders find us worthy of their continued partnership. I received this email from Taylor. Last week I had voiced my concern about the future of JMCP after the dividend. For those that have been in this stock for a while I wanted to get your feedback.
Congratulations on owning some JMCP stock. Your net worth is about to go up! We’re not really sure what the best course of action with the soon-to-be former JMCP will be. We don’t really like pink sheets or the reputation and stereotypes that go along with pink sheet companies, and we want to focus on our future, not our past. Real company growth will happen after we list on the NASDAQ, and everyone who bought JMCP will be there, God willing. The soon-to-be former JMCP is an asset, as a corporate entity, and we will definitely not dissolve it. It could be resold, or recycled. We are working on a handful of ONYI merger deals, and we believe we will do your net worth the most good by majoring on the majors and minoring on the minors. We will put out a PR to update everyone fairly after we know its future. Also, be sure NOT to sell it until after the Execution date (which the NASD will set) or you’ll miss the dividend.

I'm glad Taylor is excited and confident. I'm not sure if he should be telling you that "your net worth is about to go up." I think that's a forward looking statement that he shouldn't be committing to.
However, maybe he is really sure of himself. I guess that's a good thing.
I think this stock has a long way to go. And we may see it change names or even ownership in the future. However, I do believe that it has potential in the long run.
Let's hope for the best.

I own this stock more than 1 year, but it never moved. They kept promissing again and again. I bought at .0002, Finally, I bailed out at .0001 and I was happy. It is better than lose everything as PHBT, DDSI, WTVI....
All I can see is R/S and you will lose all your capital. You can throw in this stock for $20 for in case you win but don't spend more than $100 for those stock .0001, .0002.
I learned a lesson that I bought PHBT(now PRHB)more than $5000, after stay at .0001 for six months, they made a R/S and I lost 95%.

IMO sometimes a r/s can be a good thing, with the right company of course - hardly even worth my posting - but for whatever the reason for the r/s you have to have the patients to cycle through the event. sometimes it can pay off if it dips and you are able to pick up more. I am watching 1 now that may pay off to hold through the r/s - but - word of the r/s has sent some running. Also - there may be other events inside that are happening right before the split that may affect the pps such as exercising warrant or convertibles (of which may only have been mentioned in some 8k long ago in a short sentence on a 60 page filing LOL). Anyway, just rambling. That's why we do our DD eh? Most would say run and come back later. I just happened to be looking this over for DD and have no intention of being in this during any split. PK split? - run. LOL just my own opinion. Good luck
