Thanks for the info, Talon. I think it's pretty clear even to novices like me that lethal dilution is happening and has been happening for the past 6 months.
I'm hoping JMCP will understand that the acquisitions, mergers, and PR's are no match for dilution.

The CEO has been pretty adamant about the fact that JMCP will not reverse split. In a previous PR he said they will not make that move. But with the recent PR about their desired P/E ratios and prior PR's talking about a jump to NASDAQ, I don't see how this will be achieved without drastically slashing the share count.
There are just too many shares and too much dilution for this thing to be legit any time soon.

I know we all hate R/S's but in the case of JMCP, it may actually help the PPS. With good things in the pipeline, and multiple streams of revenue coming, reducing the share count would be in our best interest.

Until we hit .0003, you'll never sell at .0002. I sold 1/4 of my shares at .0001 when it hit .0002 a few weeks ago. I had to free up some cash, but I will be holding on to the rest. I think before the end of the year we will see .0005.

As calculated as this thing has seemed with the mergers and other moves, perhaps they are just diluting the hell out of this thing, to the max perhaps, just becauase they are so confident that this thing is an absolute sure thing. I think it's great they put out all the pr's, but like most everyone else, I am frustrated with each one being great news and the pps not moving one bit. I think a lot of people are very wary of this stock based on it's past. IMO

Daily PR is to attract more buyers for their stock so they can keep their printing press going.
Oh, btw... even if they run out of shares to print its okay. They can always ask for a NEW & IMPROVED ( aka bigger ) treasury ! lmao
They just have to file and they get more shares .. LOL
What are they up to now? 30 billion, 50, 100 billion shares out?

Just called Delaware SOS and confirmed. Authorized is 50 billion. I am not positive but I believe the OS is somewhere around 33 billion, if I remember right.
