I'm all for ethanol E85.
However, I have my doubts as to the sincerity
of the current administration's commitment
to same.
Especially when they've made their fortune in
big oil and Exxon/Mobile are posting record
profits.
That said, I'll watch from the wings for awhile.

More Big Players Invest in Costa Rica
Costa Rica's Central bank recently announced that foreign investment will top one billion dollars this year.
