From another board

I'm glad that FGFC is responding to inquiries sent through their
contact page.
Dear xxxx

The company will retire all shares that it acquires to the treasury,
The
President & Ceo is Mr. Abraham Rosenman and he receives a minimum
salary at
this time of $2000.00 per month, Mr. Mohammed President of Windsor
Capital
Ltd. & Director of Buysellmerge.com also receives $2000.00 per month as
First Guardian Financial Corporation is a growing business, the board
of
Directors will not allow or authorize exorbitant salaries for its
executives
until they produce a profitable and stable operation.

The Board of Directors is made up of four highly successful business
men who
do not receive any compensation at all for their duties at this time.

All directors and officers holdings are restricted for two years.

The company has a definitive plan for success and that plan includes no
monetary waste and creating shareholder value while building solid
assets.

I hope we have answered your questions, please feel free to contact us
with
any more that you may have.

Kindest Regards,
Investor Relations Team

What the corporations intentions are with the shares that they intend
to
buyback, will those shares be retired? Also who are the corporate
officers
and what are their salaries? I would like to know how many people
represent
the corporations Board of Directors and what are their salaries as well
as a
complete list of names of all those on the Board of Directors? I would
like
to know the afformentioned Officers and BOD share ownership numbers and
if
those shares are restricted, for how long, etc.?

Excellent DD kt325ci , there's the reason why they want to increase the pps. They probably have shares and this is the only way the will make money !

Boys we have a winner here. The MM's won't be getting my shares for less that $1.

Does anyone else have a small problem with the amount of money that FGFC pays the exec's? With offices in New York I would imagine that rent alone for a single bedroom apt. is 5-700 per month. I manage a Co. that makes between 7-9m per year and my salry is between 5-6k per month. I was under the impression that fgfc made a little more money than that. Maybe I am way of base here, I am definatly not bashing, just asking the questions that need to be asked.

My guess is that they don't really NEED the money right now. I'm sure they have enough to pay the bills. They also know that money is right around the corner once they get the business off the ground and bringing in substantial revenue.

Jim This is a new co. If thert is funds to pay them what they are paying them at first is good. Not to say anything about overhead. When I started my co. There were lots of times I couldnot pay myself. I had to pay the help and building rent power water and on & on. So if they can pay them that small amount each month at the start is good. They seem to be putting the co 1st.Just MO

Heh, more than that Jim.

I don't have an issue with the salaries provided we DD these guys and find they are well off as it is.

They are committing substantial amounts of cash to this buyback. There is money in this company somewhere.

Also, I thought originally it was mentioned that the restricted shares prior to this PR were anticipated to age Feb '07. Seeing a 2 Year lag now is very good for us in the near term. I think there is no questions (in my mind) that they will create more shares one way or another in the next two years. But by doing it with a smart plan they can do it effectively with minimal impact. I can't say what they will do. It does appear they are sticking to a good plan for now.

I am wondering who would accept a position for 24k a year. I worked for a roofing contractor in high school and made $16/ hour - 15 years ago! Something suddenly is not sitting right with me. Some of the press releases I have seen have bothered me as well. For instance, the casino release. Why would you release information about a possible casino venture knowing full well that private companies legally can not own a casino. Even if you were working behind the scenes to change the laws, I certainly would not go public with the information and get any and all opponents of casinos all wriled up. Something is not sitting right here.

The salary issue doesn't bother me at all. The CEO can be getting paid in options or reserved shares. If that's the case the more higher the price per share goes & the better the company does the more money they will make in the long run.

I suppose I can buy that explanation for the salaries. There is just some little things that bother me in the releases. The wording, at times, seems to be at an 8th grade level. Other things like calling it buysellmerger.com instead of buysellmerge.com in the previous release. Maybe it is just me and my obsessive compulsive nature, but I would not release something until I double checked it.... four times.

I only have about $600 in this puppy. This is only the second penny stock I have been in. I am willing to tke the risks at this level, but I'm not so sure I'd be as comfortable if I had 3-6 million shares as some claim to have. Even at a penny a share, that's a lot of bread even to people who are wealthy. Hell, Martha went to prison over a deal that only saved her about $60K.

You're absolutely right rothiraman. 3 to 6 million shares is a big risk. I know they say the the bigger the risk the bigger the reward but it works moreso the other direction. Hey, if this were a sure thing we would all take out an equity loan on our homes and buy every share available. Hopefully it will come back. After MOTG I feel snakebit. GLTA.

No one said this would happen over night so we have to wait and see. Nothing is for sure but there will be a place to get out if you want to. It will go back to .02 and up how much who knows. I have not forgetton how SFED took me to the cleaners. I have no choice but to hold and wait at least until it gets to .018 to get out even. I do think this is going to take some time at least 2 or 3 more months.

I got out of xkem with pretty good $$, decided to jump into FGFC instead of FHAL two weeks ago. Looks like I made the wrong call there. I thought FGFC has better long term potential. Actually I still do until management does or says something to change my mind.

I made the same mistake, I sold my FHAL for a small profit. Today I could have turned a 75k profit with what i held. owell, the same can easily happen with FGFC when all of the pieces of the puzzle come together. I'm holding.
