I moved some positions around and ended up buying 125K more this morning, raising my total to 410700. Being a newbie, I need clarification on something. I put my order in at the ask at .014. The entire order filled at .0135. This is the first time I've ever had a limit order fill lower than what I entered. Is this a common thing? Thx

That's happened to me before. Not often, but a few times. I use TDAmeritrade. The ask may have dropped before your order was received. At least your broker did the right thing. Send him some Dom Perignon. GL

There are a lot of assumptions that they have started the buy back, and I believe in one of the e-mails that the company responded to they stated that the buy back was ongoing and they would update when complete.
I contacted them through the company website at guardianfinancialcorp.com.

I agree, but there are few sellers at this price because they know the potential for this stock is much greater.

I need to vent, and this may be an all too familiar story to some. These message boards can be such a double edged sword sometimes. You get some good information from some people, and you can get some bad information from other people. I am not going to name names and single anyone out but everyone needs to do their own thing and don’t be influenced by what other people say.
I keep a log of all of the stocks that I purchase entry point and exit points etc. This morning I am amazed at what I could have had if I had held and not sold because of some negative publicity and negative board chatter.

RSHN bought 1m at .0009 sold at .0014 made some money fine, If I held, I could have sold at .01 for 10k.
XKEM bought 100k at .0131 sold for a loss at .01 If I held I could have sold at .115 for 18.4k.
FHAL bought 50k at .06 sold for minimal gain at .08 If I held I could have sold at 1.60 (at least) for 80k.

And the worst one that is going to drive me to drink tonight.

PAIV I bought 300k at .0013 and sold very shortly after for no gain, If I held I could have sold for 1.24 (at least) for 372k. OUCH

I’m never selling anything again, call me a bag holder, fine, sometime, some how, every one of these pennies seems to have a run.

When FGFC has it’s run I am going to be a happy man.

Yes, cotton, but a minimal profit is still better than the reverse happening, buying a stock at one price and it dropping 500%, and you say "I could have sold at this price and only lost 10K instead I lost 50K"...if we could see the future and what a stock is going to do, we would all be millionaires, the simple truth is that we can't, we just have to be happy when we make any profit and not let what we "could have done" upset us. SMILE!!!

Jim:
Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy. Most penny players tend to watch very closely, and therefore, take profits when they can. If you believe in fgfc and what management is trying to do, this one could literally be trading on the big boards someday for dollars / share instead of fractions of pennies / share.

I suspect, as with most of those run-ups, most who post here will be out from .04 to .06. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. For me, however, I am going to let this play out.(I dream big).

The last penny I was in; I just bought and forgot about it. They wound up doing a reverse split and basically wiped out my shares. The buyback and float reductions are the only reason why I am in this stock. Those two actions alone should, theoretically, increase the share price by a factor of 10. Toss in some audited financials, and a potential move up in boards and who knows? These guys have to have some revenue to be doing buybacks, land purchases, and to be located on park ave. I don't think $1 /share is unrealistic - some may disagree. All signs are pointing to that direction - it will just take time.

I believe the buyback has been commencing through the maker. Some of the sells seem to be being absorbed within the bid. I think this is the maker accumulating the shares on behalf of the client (fgfc). I suspect this accumulation will take a couple months and we should gradually see increasing spreads between the bid/ask and increased volatility. I would not be surpised if they accumulated 40 million shares mostly at bid price, and then aggressively bought the last 10 million at the ask. Remember, the budget is for $3,000,000 and that is the bottom line. If they accumulate 40 million shares at 2 cents, hypothetically, that leaves $2.2 million to buy the last 10 million shares. The .06 /share is only a budgeting tool. I would not release any information on the buyback until this point.

Problem is, as I said before, we all watch this thing too closely. It is hard not to, but that is what is going to limit our profits. I for one, have already spent too much time looking at this today, I think I will go watch my 4 clown fish play.

It's in their best interest to buyback shares as cheap as they can. That's better for the long run because they may be able to finish the buyback sooner and it won't cost them as much money.

This also means that the people that are shorting this stock will be screwed when we get a PR stating the float is only 30mil and we at allstocks control it [Smile]

That would be hilarious, people that are shorting would be screwed, and our share count would become legandary and get mentioned in the same breath as the great USXP run up. Everyone is entitled to dream, might as well dream big [Smile]

Cotton I want this to run as much as you do and I WILL NOT SELL not even if it goes to .25 I do think this one will have its day in a big way soon. That been said understand I only have what prs we all read to go by and a gut feeling. Like you some times I read to much bs people write and dump to soon. Not this time I have 80% of my fun moneys tited up in FGFC and win or lose thats where they will stay. Ihave been in this since May. I did sell some when it went to .03 and covered my $5700.00 loser I had with SFDE I used that to pick up more of this and XKEM now I just wait. Jim thanks for your post and all the hard work you do I enjoy reading your post.

When I sold out of XKEM, I said I was done with penny's, yet I'm still here. I believed in XKEM and averaged my way down from .02 to .01 before it took off. I thought it too would have gone higher, but it wasn't to be.

Now I am doing the same thing with FGFC, I've been averaging down until I now have a revised 500k shares. If it goes down to .01, I'll add more, otherwise I'm waiting on financial data.

Either these pennies will teach me patience or raise my blood pressure more, only time will tell.

I was trying for 900K at .0115 but only rec'd a partial for 22K. Then moved the rest of my order to .012. They gave me nothing and upticked it.

Doesn't appear to be much for sale down here. I think the mm's were fishing for sellers.

Friday is selloff day. You know that day you all sell and I buy them for .0001. [Smile]

Seriously though...This one ebbs and flows over days.

The real test is when the float is gone and they release a good rumor.

When getting into this stock I had the understanding that this could take months to get to. A rise in this stock is only an opportunity to flip and buy more so when that day happens I have a ton of stock at a low cost/risk.

I sent an email to the company yesterday regarding the buyback. They replied that the buyback was indeed in effect and that they would be releasing updates. FYI

Thanks DeadPenny, I think I found I was looking for. It was the cost per trade on orders that had partial fills. It's only one commission charge for partial fills per day. Correct? Thanks.

Good Gravy...PAIM has traded over 1,000,000,000 (yes, thats 1 billion) shares in 90 minutes...wish FGFC could do that, then they could buy back 10% of the daily volume (100,000,000 shares), and we would be done with the buyback in just one day!, then FGFC would skyrocket...PAIM is averaging over 11 million shares per minute...right now we can't even get FGFC to do 11 million in a day GEEZ!

It is ever so tempting to get some funds and buy some PAIM (I sold 500k a few weeks ago, story of my life) but I am going to leave my account alone. I am never selling anything until it is green. I haven't even logged on to my account this morning, I don't want to be tempted to sell anything.
