3 more days until the end of the month. They DID tell us in a PR that the AF's would be done before the end of December. Getting close to time for them to sh*t or get off the pot IMO.
From a PR dated Oct. 13th. "More details will be forthcoming when the company issues its exact earnings and audited financial statements on or before the end of December."

Cheers paul. I'm keeping a sharp eye on this naaaaahhhhhhhyyyyyyyyyy imo by mid to end Jan this will have a decided direction."
You should know better than to follow my suggestions. LOL - just fair warning - as I'm still fairly new at this game. Just my guess from what I have seen on other boards. They are behind because of their own events that they haven't officially disclosed - only through rumor control. Because of that I think some may be using this as their tax loss - only a few days left for that also. Bummer for everyone still in this if it drops much more. But - it's not a loss until it's sold and it could create a nice bounce - selling and then buying more on a deeper dip is one way to play. My sights are looking for mid January (maybe sooner) to see some life with a PR. This is my first winter watching pinks and ob's and how they react to this time of year. almost like everyone disappears after Thanksgiving, tapping my fingers waiting for everyone gets back! I have a niece in college on an investment team - doing pretty good too. maybe when they get back so will everyone else. LMAO.

Can we all agree that this was probably another Hayter scam gone wrong (or somewhat right) and they have left it to die? Sheesh, it seems that this is not only headed to the .000's, but that the 'management' is gone and it's a dead stock.
I love the 'by the end of December' talk from these clowns, lol. That seemed to give them enough time to dump another 10 million shares.
C'mon guys, let's be realistic here: - It's been over a month since we've heard from them. - Abe is rumored to be a waiter, lol. - There is a poster at IHub who seems to have initiated a law suit against them. - They don't return calls for business, they don't return investors calls or emails.
They were probably hoping to pump this to that .06 level, but didn't make that happen, so just left it to die.
This is all my opinion but I would hate to see people hold this here thinking that it will magically go back over .02.

Here's one of my favorite lines from the 6/27 PR:
""The company is fully committed to reducing its share structure to the bare minimum thus enhancing shareholder value," stated Abraham Rosenman, President of First Guardian Financial Corporation."
LMAO, 'enhancing shareholder value', is this clown for real? How does going from .03 to .0025 'enhance shareholder value' ?

Then again...
Yes, I had thought even up until a few weeks ago that this could make it. However, unless the company has some super duper secret huge plan to announce in January that will run this back to .02, I think it's game over.
Personally if I ever see the names 'Fauzie Mohammad, E. Abraham Rosenman, or Hayter' anywhere NEAR a stock I will short the crap out of it! Lesson learned.
To abandon investors who have bought your stock on your comments, promises, and PR's is downright bottom of the barrel. The only ones who should be 'ashamed' of themselves are the management of this company. I hope that Major Damage guy on Ihub sues the crap out of them and wins!

What a POS this turned out to be ! I guess the only way to make money in these pinks is to start a phony company and bilk investors out of their money. dilution, reverse splits, phony press releases, promised financials, AND IT"S ALL LEGAL

In order for there to be sellers, there has to be buyers, and vice versa. I understand that people want to sell after this crash but who is doing the buying, because that I don't understand at this point.

I have to disagree with the dillution. I mean even if they managed to sell 3 million shares today at .002, that's a measly 6K. After taxes a little over 4K... hardly seems worth the effort. I think it's just that there is no buying support to this stock due to lack of communication from the company.
Some are buying hoping for a turnaround in January. I'm sure there will be a bounce at some point.

Uncle Smelley still here and posting huh? You sold right?
Someone is buying. You can't just sell it off into an oblivion. Someone is buying. Anyone here averaging down.
Look, I know all that has been said, but one PR will bring it back to life. I am no means a long in this, but I'll wait until after the first of the year before I'm giving up on it.
Anyone tried calling since a couple of days ago when the secretary was transfering to voicemail.

Smelly--"To abandon investors who have bought your stock on your comments, promises, and PR's is downright bottom of the barrel. The only ones who should be 'ashamed' of themselves are the management of this company" And...you believed pink "comments, promises, and PR's????? lmao Management???? Of a "company"??????? roflmao Who?....should be ashamed? You believed them, and the pumpers.. here.. "all this company has going for it" and "this will be huge!!!" NOTHING verifiable.Non-reporting PINK!! Trust the TA? They have troubs with the SEC too....time to time.
Some RED FLAGS: 1)Pink with "Financial", "Holdings", or "Syndicate" in its name. They like to "play" off legitimate,well-known names, like: Guardian First Finacial Group First Guardian Group First Financial Group "You know,First Guardian Financial Group, the big financial company on Park Avenue. You've heard of theeeemmmmm." Reminds me of MLON, Mellon Research, or its predecessor BancCorp International.
2) Pay "consultants" and services with shares. NO MONEY. Can't afford even unaudited financials. Who would take pay in restricted shares of a pink? Doesnt pay the bills. Probably wont be around, even a year later. And,"restricted" is NOT. Can be sold overseas to get around SEC rules.Dumped into the OS/Float.
Common sense should tell you a pink, in a major corporate financial area with no money and non-reporting is...a big red flag. Kitchen table operation. Scam. Wife, girlfriend,or daughter answering the phone. Or collaborator.
Seems the 17th floor is a conference center with conference rooms and video conferencing center. NO "corporate" offices that I can find!!!Regus HQ "Surrounded by 5-star restuarants." Ol' Abe just...may...well...be.....a WAITER!!!! Oh, the Centers phone # is 212-572-6200 If ya wanna call and check. See if you come up with something...different. Their "business" is selling suckers shares. Couple dozen suckers "born" every sec. Kool-aid lovers.Look at the chart, always headed for "bottom". Dilution,by them, their "equity line of credit",whatever, same effect. I believe I suggested yall read the first eleven pages of this thread. Pretty clear, whats been going on,by "management", and their "consultants" ....here. Like my old dog,Jake, take a nice roll in this Pile-of-Chit,if it runs, and GET OUT!!!!! wwwoooooffffff!!! (And I aint jist woofin')
