Tax Status: CURRENT Total Authorized Shares: 152,000,000
I like that FGFC actually follows through with what they say and we can actually chase down a paper trail renforcing their claim. Some pinks just issue PR's and never follow through, or worse yet dump more shares onto the market. I like the looks of this.

I've been lurking for a couple months but thought I'd finally jump in to help give a more accurate share count. Currently, I'm at 3.42 mil.

wow, inzanity, nice share count you have there.
This float is getting smaller everyday. There won't be any shares left once they complete the buyback.

Why would someone make a fake account to add 600 dollars worth of shares to the tally? I've been lurking for awhile and figured I might as well add my shares.

If we are to believe the PR's, the A/S count is 102mil not accounting for any of the buyback. Of that 102 mil, about 20mil are restricted leaving 82mil in the public float before any buyback.
FGFC wants to buyback UP TO 50mil shares at .06 or less, but they're not locked into that number. Maybe they'll get there, but for example, they might get just 30mil or even less depending on various factors.
Given this situation, the %'s listed with the ongoing count here can be a little misleading. That 94% of the future float looks nice, but that assumes no one here will sell even as the pps gets to .04 and beyond if FGFC continues the buyback as stated and they actually buy back all 50mil.
IMHO, the numbers that would be most helpful to anyone looking at the count would be:
% of total A/S shares (102mil) % of current public float (82mil until we hear buyback status) % of BEST POSSIBLE future float (32mil)
So, for anyone with concerns about the usefulness of a count like this, just think of it as another piece of information. It may not be totally accurate, but I think it's pretty close in this case. Of course, I'm not gonna be basing any of my future actions entirely on this piece of info either.

the purpose of this share count is for strictly entertainment purpouses. Of course some people are going to sell off if (when) the price starts going up. All I ask is that they let us know so I can adjust the total. Port, you put the share % on the bottom of the spread sheet, I just liked it so I left it on.

I heard somewhere that if you place a sell order then you shares can't be shorted against. Don't know if that's true or not.

It doesn't seem to let me put in a sell order with Scottrade, says it's too far away from the market price.

your right kt325ci. If you have an open order to sell your shares, a maker cannot borrow them for shorting purposes - we could, in effect, create our own short squeeze; but we probably do not want to do that until the company has reduced the float (completed buyback).

I think we can all help by holding our positions. I don't have a sell order in at any limit because I am committed to holding this stock for at least one year. I have said this many times, but this stock is a great long term investment because of the type of business it deals with, real estate. The real test will come when we see significant gains, even when we hit say .04 or .06, some will be to nervous not to take profits. I wish we could short squeeze this stock all the way to $1, but reality does not support this fantasy. We can however have a large impact on sustaining our gains, especially the big hitters holding over a couple hundred thousand shares each. If we can get all the big holders to commit to hold, and the float does get reduced to 30 mil, then we have a good chance of getting this pps way up. All I ask is that those who sell, update the thread so we can keep and acurate count. I'm adding more this week and I intend on holding this stock well after I'm filthy rich:) See everyone tomorrow!

I put in a GTC order for .95, mainly so the filthy MM's can't short my shares. What we need to have happen is a float of 30 million, and a valuation of say 10 million for a pps of .33, a little hype and we're at $1 in no time. NDOL ran from .04 to 1.30 on hype this year...It does happen.
