It will work out for you cotton.

Not the first time I have been wrong, wont be the last. It would be kind of fun to get a post market PR so folks had the whole weekend to stew on the news.

PAIM come back to where it was. LT .0025, from the HOD of .0055. Many are not happy now. The market in general sucks right now. The war, oil prices, and rising interest rates aren't helping one bit.

Add me to the list with 20K shares. The only bad with my shares.... is that I grabbed them at .03 while back and have continued to watch it 'slowly drop' ever since. Is just not too exciting that's for sure!!!!

You may want to consider averaging down at these levels if you have the funds.

I dont believe we will move much in either direction until they say the share count is x amount. That will boost us a little but I dont think we will have any exceptional move up until they show us their financials. If this company is legit and I believe they are, they have to show us their financials and show a profit or we will never see their true potential, nor will our investment. TMAN...

This WILL go up, patience is a virtue. To date I have missed out on 470K because I got discouraged, listened to neigh sayers, and sold to early. I could be wrong here, but I don't think so. There was this one time I thought I was wrong but as it turned out I was mistaken. This will improve, just wait. I will make adjustments on Monday for folks that sold and bought. PM me (cottonjim) and I will take care of the spread sheet Monday morning.

Hi, I am holding a big position in the company and have a few questions about your business plans along with the proposed buyback. # 1. Is the company currently profitable? # 2. How much Money does the company currently have on hand to pursue business plans stated on Pr's? # 3. When can we expect the finalization of the 100 mil. Wharehouse line of credit? # 4. Does the buyback include O/S on the open market? # 5. Do you have current customers and incoming revenue? # 6. Are you affiliated with any other business in the field? Sorry for the amount of questions but I hope you understand that as a New Yorker I must make sure my investment is safe.......... Thank You ..................xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Reply........Dear XXXXXXXX,
I will answer your questions in sequence:
#1) The Company is profitable from the stand point of a positive balance sheet.
#2) The Company has cash on hand of approximately 1.2M dollars cash and almost unlimited credit resources
#3) that negotiation is nearing completion and should be finalized very shortly
#4) Yes
#5) Yes
#6) I am not certain of that question please reiterate
I am a New Yorker also, so are my bosses and we understand, that’s why the company’s policy is to respond to each and every shareholder’s questions as soon as we can.
Kindest Regards, Investor Relations Team First Guardian Financial Corporation

Pretty low volume today, no? I think it should be a good week for FGFC. I'm really hoping it'll take off so I can dump it and continue loading up on DTGP. Now there's a stock that's primed for liftoff. Check out what barcharts says about it:

That stock is being pumped all over the place and shouldn't be posted here since this is the FGFC thread. I'm not a fan of pump and dump schemes like that.
