The problem is the lack of buyers. A couple impatient shareholders have caused this pps drop.

geez, one down day and people are alreay worrying.. Looks like those are the ones who will be with us short term:) I'm with toad and Coby, this is a great buying opportunity. You won't get your order of 700K filled at all or none Coby. U. Smelly and I had the same problem a few weeks back. They filled my 700K order in 25-75K share increments. Great buy at this price, GLTY

No reason to be down. That is the funny thing about pinks, they are non-reporting companies so there is no established company valuation to compare the share structure to and determine a accurate PPS. Pinks are controled solely by the MM's, end of story. What makes FGFC interesting is they have expressed an interest in becoming a fully reporting company, which would definatly increase the PPS.
Secondly, if you choose to believe that they are going to stay in pinkie land forever, with all the hype and news of the reduction of share structure, the MM's will let it run, they accumulate to.
Thirdly, since the mm's are the ones that control the price, they will raise and lower it in order to acquire cheap shares then it will go back up so they can sell those shares at a profit, that is how they make money. People always say that MM stands for market maker, I prefer to think of them as market manipulator's.
I am not woried in the least bit and in my opinion, no one else should be either.

Remember this..................

"When the entire buyback program is completed the company expects to have no more than 50 million shares authorized and approximately no more than 35 million shares in the public float thus creating the appropriate shareholder/investor value as we proceed to applying for listing on the OTCBB."

Sorry your order won't fill, why not just take the all or none option off? Wish my funds were available so I could buy more at .014, I'll probably have to wait till EOW:(

almost 8 million shares traded today gives FGFC a good buying opportunity. The constant stream of PRs is keeping the daily volume up, which will allow FGFC to complete the share buyback plan as quickly as possible.

Alright, just got another 25,000. I now have 100,000 total. Hmmm, that come out to 1/350th of the company after they get the float down to 35 million shares. [Eek!]

Fourthly, our group has a pretty impresive share count. There is money to be made and I for one am not giving my shares to some mm cheap so they can make money, make them raise the PPS. I continue to hold all my shares.

Does KT really have 6,600,000 shares? That's $99,000.00 in a penny stock...and I thought I was nuts. (or KT's a millionaire already).
