100mln shares is significant if most of the outstanding share count is being held tightly by investors and insiders. no one has been selling at lower prices, thus the lower volume the last week or so...and now there has been significant buying today and more than a few signals by mm's that they are in need of shares.
Interesting developments to say the least.

Continued product enhancements/announcements...strong growth...this will move up when the MM's are ready to let it go. accumulation is HUGE.
I agree with you here. I think we are all so used to the shady penny stocks that we almost expect a hole bunch of fluff pr. And, when we don't see it, we wonder if something is wrong.....but it's just the opposite. Look - how many fortune 1000 companies release a pr every time they sell a product or service? Never. It's just not very professional.
Now, that said, these guys are EXTREMELY good at providing info through their web site. I know, it's an ugly web site - but they put everything on it for you. You can see how many shares outstanding. You can see a Powerpoint presentation THAT TELLS YOU WITH WHOM THEY HAVE CONTRACTS, and it even gives current consolidated financials like annual revenues, etc.
Just spend an hour at the web site. You can do lots of dd there.

Again, I agree. I can name two people on this post alone who have over 60million shares (about .08% of the entire company) and they are not selling. I would guess that in total, the people here on this post have probably 600million shares or 10% of the entire company - and we're not selling. So, I agree, when you see a steady daily accumulation increase and about 100million shares trading with no news, it could be a very good buying sign.

Digital Descriptor Systems, Inc. (DDSI), Thursday, the shares closed down $0.0001 or -50% to end at $0.0001. The volume was 122,946,879. The Company along with its subsidiary, CGM Applied Security Technologies -- announced recently that it introduced its latest law enforcement product, the EvidPro tamper-evident evidence bag, at the 20th annual Police Security Expo in Atlantic City, N.J. EvidPro bags are specially designed with a unique closure that will provide clear indication if items sealed inside are tampered with. Specifically, a message noting the breach will appear directly on the closure. This system protects both evidence and the personal property of individuals. ''Maintaining the integrity of evidence is absolutely essential in a large percentage of criminal investigations -- so much so that it can be the deciding factor in a prosecution,'' says Tony Shupin, president and CEO of DDSI. ''Our EvidPro bag has been designed by law enforcement professionals to address their specific needs. It enables police and officers of the court to proceed with confidence, because they'll know that if their evidence is sealed within our bag, there's been no compromise or contamination.'' The tamper-evident bags are available in clear plastic, with large, write-on labels for including relevant or necessary background information. Once contents have been placed in an EvidPro bag and labeled, a receipt can be detached and filed. In addition, a bar code makes it possible for all bags to be scanned and logged into a database.

You can have lots of people asking to buy at 2, but nobody willing to sell at 2.
In order for the actual trading price to go up to 3 on the ticker tape, the bidders would have to put in a bid to buy at 3 to find someone willing to sell. Once trading occurs at 3, then, the trade price moves to 3.
Trading at 3 must happen before the ticker tape reflects it.
Right now, the L2's are showing us that there are lots of people trying to get in - but not willing to pay a premium to those folks who are holding long and strong.
IF YOU WANT MY SHARES YOU'VE GOT TO PAY A PREMIUM - YOU HEAR ME BUYERS!

Well, I hope so. I think that there are lots of little things like pr's and expo's and q&a's that will help generate interest and attract investors.
But what will ultimately take this into the multi-penny range is the steady increased growth of the business. They had 800% revenue growth last year. I expect that to continue for a long time. Nothing can mess up the stock as long as a company makes moves like that. period.

Hey I hope your all right and this flies to .01+,but at the same time am skeptical as to where it might move with the Vol. being under less than 250Mil.Shrs. a day for awhile.
Previously we did not move until it reached 12 days at this pps and it has gone through that now.
I am holding a lot of this and hope it moves now. I think with the prdt. line up of both cos. they should be above .001 at the very least.
I did DD before I bought and the only thing I missed was the amount of CD's they had to convert and I hope that is over now.If so it should not have much to work through.People are looking for the quick $$ by not being willing to buy at .0003 which is stupid to me when it should be valued way over this pps.
It will move when they decide to move it up and the MM's are filled.Might be a week or two,but not with this Vol. I do not think.

you can't have huge volume if investors and insiders are holding on to the majority of the shares. the shares to trade have to come from somewhere.......thus the low volume the last little while. that theory meshes with the amount of accumulation we have seen going on.

Just an FYI: I tried a test sale of some shares at .0002...and they're not biting. I don't think the buyers want them at anything higher than .0001

Well, I'm sure people will eventually sell. We all have bills to pay. We all have limited money. We all become impatient, move on, and die.
So, eventually, we'll see selling. But, I think it's a pretty good problem to have: where everybody want's to hold their shares. That's a key ingredient here - like yeast in the bread.

Welcome aboard jig. I'm not familiar with the term test offer explain please, by the way this is a real solid stock, they don't do much PR but their web sight will knock your socks off. If you havent already, watch their slide show and be sure to check their client list, WAL-MART, General Dynamics etc. etc. etc. 2000 strong and growing world wide! When word gets around DDSI will be huge. I had already bought in just on their financial report (800% over last qtr of 2005) and never visited the web sight until JIF brought it to this board. Then I bought more and will buy again when I free up enough money. Thanks again JIF! Happy hunting dig.

yeah, I don't expect anybody to give up shares at .0001. If they do, I'll find out who they are and send them a soft helment - cause they're retarded and they should be covered in protective gear.

Don't forget that you'll have to give the MM at least .0001 on the spread to sell. Make sure you factor that into your profits.
