That's the spirit. you have to take risks to make BIG money. The only way this baby will run up is if we hold our shares and not sell out cheap. As economics told us. Its all about supply and demand. When there are more buyers than sellers the price will rise. Simple at that. Hold long and strong. GLTA

I thought it needs to get to .0007 for a confirmation that it is going to the higher range.

The potential is there for several reasons:
1.Sector(port\HL Sec.\Border Sec.\Crim Justice
2.Breakeven Earns
3.Hiring of more personel to push their tech
4.Even if you bought now the worst you could do is to sell it back at the same price to breakeven. So your Risk to Reward Ratio is pretty good.

There have been 4 recommendations on the last 3 weeks for this. One gave a pps target of .0065 .If it makes it to .003 then that would be great for many people.

It has a chance to be a better win than others that have far worst Balance sheets and in worst sectors. USXP and a few others come to mind.

Either way it is not up to us ,but the MM's and those running it as to when it shall run.

There has been accumulation over the last 3 weeks that is for certain, but also Conversion of the CD's. I hope that is over so this will move out.

It has traded over 7Bilion shrs. in 3 weeks and that is a lot of shares and CD's. There has to be a break here soon ,UP!

BTW-Many sites have not announced they have reported yet. That means maybe tomorrow there will be more that read it and figure out this is going higher weather tey need to wait or not.

I don't plan on selling any of my shares until at least 0.001 (it will all depend on the momo). I don't need the money right now, so I'll let it ride. I've put in my 5 exits points, so one day I'll wake up and hopefully one or more of them will have been met.

I use ChoiceTrade and Ameritrade. I put in I want to sell XXX shares of DDSI * 0.xxxx GTC. The GTC means Good Till Canceled/Closed. I think on Ameritrade lets you set the date for the end of the following month.

DDSI ROCKS TOMORROW!!!

Investors responded very favorably towards the 2006 1st Quarter results released today in the 10Q. These financial statements (audited) provided another confirmation of the positive upward direction of the company.

Volume shot up 500 million right after the release of the PR at 3PM. The MM's even manipulated the posting of the transactions to keep the PPS down long enough to accumulate for a run (250 million of the 500 million in volume was posted after market close). Several large blocks were purchased steady during the last hour of trading today.

A run is highly anticipated tomorrow. If momentum is maintained we could easily see 0.005. The 500 million in volume in the last hour is a strong indication of tomorrow’s activity . A few months back DDSI ran up to 0.0036 from these levels with no news. This 10Q maybe be the spark needed to go beyond those levels this week.

The high triple digit increases in revenues and profits quarter over quarter are a sign of excellent things to come and investors have a great opportunity here to repeat the recent astronomical PPS appreciation of other companies such as IPRE, USXP, etc.

You will want to put a GTC order in as others stated above.

However, Scottrade has a couple funky rules and may not accept your GTC order if the limit price you set is considered "too high" above the current pps.

Example: Scottrade will not allow me to put a partial sell GTC order in for .002 on DDSI because that is too high above the current price of .0003.

Thems the breaks when dealing with Scotty.

Have a good night guys and gals!

DJG-No,it will be more than enough time to enter,if it does open at .0004 it will drift back to .0003 as MM's are very greedy sorts and they will go down to get your order and mine as I am adding back and adding more from yesterday.

There has been much speculation and I think the worst that can happen is we'd breakeven in the worst case scenerio.Best case scenerio it goes to .01,but that is a pipe dream and I no longer smake pipes and there is no opium I know of here.

I'm sorry, i guess i don't see all the wonderful news from that filing.. Here are a couple things that stuck out for me..

DDSI's revenues have been insufficient to cover the cost of revenues and operating expenses. Therefore, DDSI has been dependent on private placements of its common stock and issuance of convertible notes in order to sustain operations. In addition, there can be no assurances that the proceeds from private or other capital will continue to be available, or that revenues will increase to meet DDSI's cash needs, or that a sufficient amount of DDSI's common stock or other securities can or will be sold or that any common stock purchase options/warrants will be exercised to fund the operating needs of DDSI.

The Company is in default of $1,733,478 of outstanding debentures. Although the debenture holders have not pursued their rights under such debentures, there can be no assurances that such rights will not be exercised.

We had net losses of ($1,897,872) and ($1,751,701) during the three months ended March 31, 2006 and 2005, respectively. As of March 31, 2006, we had a cash balance in the amount of $100,709 and current liabilities of $10,859,676. The total amount of notes payable and debentures is $7,053,869. We may not have sufficient cash or other assets to meet our current liabilities. In order to meet these obligations, we may need to raise cash from the sale of securities or from borrowings.

Almost 8Bil shares OS

The only thing that's plastered all over that is Dillution..

i was at one point, but sold out due to low movement, i might jump back in if there's enough momo..

I know that whatever negative news comes out about the company, if a stock is going to run.. it WILL run regardless.. Volume is key and it looks like this filing is a nice catalyst, bad news or good news..
